Shipping option is the best as the pharmacy is not very conveniently located. The staff is also very friendly and knowledge and they actually answer the phone unlike CVS pharmacy.

my son was there a month in NICU all the staff and nurses were just great with him you all are amazing thank you so much for a great caring nurse's unit they all were great

It should never take 6 hours to get an iv in a 20 month old. Your staff traumatized my daughter.

We’ve had two great inpatient experiences! The ER runs pretty smoothly, and the staff is so wonderful!

You guys have went down hill! Some of the doctors there are great. Others not so much. There is an EXTREME lack of communication between the different providers. Nursing staff was great but decisions being made by providers were not understood by other providers or by others with medical knowledge. Too bad you’re the only option in EAST TN because you would not be the first choice!

This is the most inefficient hospital! The wait times are horrible, the staff is rude. I wish there was a better option to treat acute issues with children! After 8 hours you had zero answers. Meanwhile my child is still horribly sick and I’ve been forced to come back for a second round of torture. My child is dehydrated and in pain and you’re leaving him out here in the lobby for HOURS to suffer. There are children crying with broken bones and NO ONE is even trying to help manage their pain. I guess none of these are “acute” enough to deserve prompt treatment (all while bug bites and rashes aren’t hardly waiting at all). Wake up and fix your ER system! 0/10 recommendations for your poor system and poor staff.

We are from NJ and we were ending our vacation in the Smoky Mountains on Saturday and our daughter wasn’t feeling well. Instead of driving home, we decided to get her checked out at the ER bc we were worried it may be her appendix. Sure enough, she had an emergency appendectomy on Saturday afternoon. She received excellent care from the ER, to surgery, to recovery. Please pass along my family’s thanks to everyone who was working Saturday in the ER, Radiology and Surgery! We are home now and our daughter is recovering well.

Exceptionally rude staff. They like to pick and choose which safety laws to follow pertaining to covid. Two parents can’t be in the same room even with masks on and maintaining social distance? Fine. But if you’re going to escort the father of someone’s child out due to safety reasons, make sure you do the same to the people in the lobby who wear their masks as chin straps mouth breathing on everyone.

Amazing group of people. Our son is terrified of doctors and needles but he said all the nurses and doctors there were so nice and sweet to him that he wasn't even afraid. Thank you for going above and beyond!
