We love going there to eat when we are in Knoxville. This last time we were in was the worst service we have ever gotten here. We had to go find other waitresses to please bring us drinks and more chips, etc... Then everyone around us got their meals and we sat waiting for ours. I sure hope this was a 1 time thing, but with the high prices of eating out today, I'm not sure if I'm willing to risk it again.

The server was very attractive. The food was good but not as good as I remembered since it has been a while since we have eaten there. Of course, the servings are smaller due to EVERYTHING costing so much more these days.Parking: Several parking spots close to the entrance with several handicap spaces. Their parking lot is huge since they are located in the same shopping area as the Kroger grocery store.Kid-friendliness: It is very kid friendly since there were several children of various ages there seemingly enjoying themselves.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps. All level ground.

We Love Chuy's! We have been eating here for years when we go shopping in West Knoxville. It's not authentic Mexican, but really good Tex-Mex. The Baja shrimp tacos and the Elvis Combo are our favorites! The thin and crispy chips and the creamy jalapeño dill salsa is out of this world! I could eat just that! Give it a shot.

The food wasn't the best. However is it delicious or beyond compare? No. It was quite disappointing. I had ordered chicken enchiladas and the sauce tasted like cheese wiz, the tortillas were cold and dry and the chicken was cold, dry and chewy. I hope they make make improvements accordingly ?.

Amazing foodEverything is good. Our family favorite. Every Chuy's is consistently amazing across the board. Some of our faves are the Steak Ponchos and Tortilla Soup, the creamy jalapeno dip is to die for. We also love the queso and boom boom sauce.

We’ve been Chuy’s biggest fans for many years. Eating at the Orlando location most every week for years. Then, we moved to Knoxville while knowing there is a Chuy’s here. Sadly, it’s the worst Chuy’s we’ve been to.We’ve given it FOUR try’s. Every single time the service is absolutely terrible. I’m sitting in a booth currently, waiting for service, and it’s been 20 mins. No kidding. The servers are trying and we always take care of them no matter what. However, staffing appears to be a major issue at this location in particular. The food at this location is also subpar. Lack of sauce, cold food, stale taco shells, and other minor discrepancies.Sorry Chuy’s, you’ve managed to lose us somehow - no matter how good your creamy jalapeño is.

Chuys had always been my favorite place to have tacos because most Mexican resturants don't season their meat. This time it was very bland and they didn't have any sauce to put on them. They use to have a sauce bar.
