I had the worst car buying experience of my life with Mercedes Benz. I leased my car and was told I could drive the car home that day. Suddenly, they to,d me there was a change of plan and we agreed I would pickup the car a few days later. When I got to the dealership to pickup the car, the sales rep was not there. She came in late without calling me to let me know she was running late. She introduced me to the concierge to train me on the car. The concierge spent barely 5 minutes with me and then hustled me off.The rep had told me she would come out after the concierge finished to take my picture. I waited 15 minutes in the cold and the rep did not come out. I had to go inside to find the rep.The day afterward, I drove to Dollywood and got a flat tire. I tried the roadside assistance button in the car and found out the dealership had put in the wrong number for EQB roadside assistance so I could not reach MBUSA roadside assistance. We called the dealership after spending an hour trying to reach roadside assistance. To the credit of the dealership they got a loaner car and a tow truck to us after we waited 3.5 hours sitting at Dollywood. The bad news (besides not having given me the correct number, bet for roadside assistance for the eqb, was that they had not told me the car had run flat tires so we could have driven home.In addition, I realized the car had been driven a couple of hundred miles by someone between the time I leased the on Saturday and when I took delivery on wed. I feel violated like I have been robbed. In addition, the parking assist and several of the other extra driving features that are part of the car do not working. Taking the car in Friday to get them fixed.I am trying to get these issues resolved with the dealership GM. Waiting to get them resolved.I,love the car but at this point would not buy another car from this dealership. I hope the dealership resolves these problems quickly.

Do not buy from this dealer, they sold me a car with undisclosed damages and a accident that reported to my Carfax after the sale was complete

Don't let the foolish reviews trick you! I took my car in to have a tire replaced as it had blew out, they did a multi point inspection on the car, that i paid dearly for, and said everything was good to go including the oil life. 2 days later I drive the car 6 hours to SC to sell it and sure enough the car is completely bone dry of oil. Not only did they not check the oil, they did not take any accountability to resolve the situation. This situations blame primarily falls on the back of James in the service department and the assistant manager of service department Gary Evans.

I dealt with a car salesman named Frank and all I can say is WOW! He need a class in customer service and diversity immediately! He's very unfriendly and I truly believe it's because of the color of my skin. Frank was short, rude and made my experience awful. Someone need to have a talk with him about the way he deal with people. It's not right!

If you own a Mercedes, don't go anywhere else to have your car repaired because they use OEM parts at the Mercedes-Benz Collision Center. And please don't get railroaded by your insurance company... TN law allows consumers to select where they want their car repaired, and in the end all you (should) pay is your deductible, so where it makes sense for you.If you go to Mercedes-Benz Collision Center, ask for Dalton Maples. He's incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and he went out of his way to make sure we received superior service. True to the MB name. Appreciate the great service as always.Services: Painting

The value is NOT there as they charge dealer adjustments. I can't create a relationship or even have trust ina dealer that takes advantage of a situation such as parts shortages by over inflating the prices of the vehicles above and beyond MSRP. We will never forget!

As a repeat customer after trading in a vehicle over 2 years ago I recently learned that the dealership did not pay off the full amount left on my loan. I have made several attempts to contact both the Finace department and Mercedes financing they could not give a reason for why this occurred.

I figured taking my Volkswagen to Mercedes-Benz would be a smart choice to get my car fixed after an accident, think again. They attempted to fix a bumper and fender and failed miserably. They did not put any retainer clips in the fenderwel, they did not replace the broken fenderwel liner nor did they align the new bumper and fender correctly. My car was there for over two weeks and when I picked it up, it wasn’t even detailed when it’s customary to detail a vehicle after leaving it at a collision center. I will never trust my Volkswagen to this Mercedes collision center again.

As a publicity stunt this car dealership used a dealer owned EQS to block Tesla owners from charging on multiple chargers (including a handicap spot). On Thanksgiving, the busiest travel day of the year. It seems so disrespectful to do a publicity stunt like this on a day we're supposed to be giving thanks. They should be ashamed of their behavior, and I'll also be sending a direct message to Mercedes-Benz.The dealership is denying this stating it was a customer, but it clearly has dealer plates on it and as soon as they were notified of this they should have gone and retrieved the car or had it towed but it took days.

Have taken my car here for service on two occasions. Both times I had requested a loaner car and both times upon my arrival I was told there were none available. One of the benefits of getting my car serviced at the dealer is the use of a loaner. I'm willing to pay more money for the convenience. But when that convenience is taken away, I might as well have my car serviced for less money elsewhere.

I own a 2020 transit high roof work van. Backed into a tree and damaged one of the rear doors and body side end cap. Due to the height of the vehicle (9'), most body shops in town do not have a paint booth tall enough to fit it, not even Ted Russell. I was referred here by them and got an estimate of $7500 to repair and repaint. This was the highest I received of all that I shopped. As the damage was largely cosmetic, I did not have to have it done immediately, so once I agreed to the job I asked them to order parts in advance, and call me when the parts were in and they had time on their schedule to facilitate getting it done as quickly as possible. They agreed, and a couple of months later, Keith called to let me know the parts were in and it was put into the shop. He estimated a week to complete repairs, I blocked a few extra days just to be safe.Communication was poor throughout the process. All calls were from me to them. Dropped the van off on Sunday night and left in the drop box, I called on Monday to confirm they'd received it and all was a go. Called again on Friday to check progress, was told it was going to paint the following Monday or Tuesday, expect completion on Wednesday, on this call Keith mentioned there was "additional damage", but did not discuss costs, only said he'd do what he could to hold to the estimate. Called Wednesday, was told "needs seam sealer, expect delivery Monday, but I'll have it for you Friday. . " Asked again about costs, Keith says "well it was $12k but I backed it down to $9600". I wasn't happy about that but figured I'd discuss when complete.Friday arrives, no call, so I call in late in the day (4pm) and am told Keith has left early, they put me through to the collision manager who after some investigation determines the paint and sealer is done but they're waiting on some replacement parts that were damaged during disassembly (a magnetic door stay).I mention it's a week overdue and I need to get back to work, and I'm quite willing to reassemble it myself when the parts arrive and they agree to let me take it as-is.When time comes to discuss the bill and collect the parts, Keith absolutely stonewalls me and does not give an inch off the $9600 price (30% over estimate). The justification he gives is some pulling was required and they did not factor blending the side of the van in the original estimate. So either Keith sucks as an estimator or the tech that did the job protested that it couldn't be done for the book time, and they took it out on my wallet.Asked to remove the labor to reassemble the magnetic stay and door check as they weren't responsible for it any longer and was refused even that concession.Mercedes was the high estimate by a fairly wide margin even at $7500, let alone $9600. I found Vonore Collision had a booth big enough only after agreeing to let MB do the job (and I didn't want to be a jerk and stick them with having to return parts they'd ordered specifically for me), and their estimate was $4,500.Quality of the job is an 8/10 at best. Filler material is not level along the seam, seam sealer that was removed to mask was not refilled properly. All trivial but for an ICAR gold certified shop this is not the fit and finish I'd expect from a gigabucks class operation. No way I'm taking it back to let them fix it, however. Costs me too much to take the van off the road.Avoid, go elsewhere.Services: Painting
