“Recently went to Office Depot on Kingston Pike for Office Supplies. I remember when they first opened the doors at this location, I have been shopping there many times. The before school shopping time and the Tax Free weekend that TN offers, my only advise is to get there early because they run out of things. Been there, was not fun. But besides that time, they keep the store well stocked the rest of the year. They do tend to keep up with Technology changes as well when it comes to computers that they sale. I personally like filling my needs for Writing implements & Office Supplies here. For the most part the Staff is friendly, however the guy that walks around the store wearing his Air Pods, well he is not helpful at all. I asked him a question as he walked right past me, he apparently did not hear me. I followed and asked again but another staffer saw that I was asking for help and helped me, she also apologized to me for her co-workers rude behavior. I did complain about the other person to her. Otherwise, I have not had an extremely bad experience there.”

“My 4 year old Mac Book Air needed a new battery. I called around and all the area Apple approved repair locations required me to leave my notebook for a number of days to get the battery replaced but not here!Technician Scott was amazing and my battery was replaced in 30 minutes and that included a diagnostic test before and after battery replacement. The price was reasonable and since the battery was on hand, I didn't have to do without my notebook at all. Thanks Scott!”

“I will say I was there to get service from the Geek squad department and they were genuinely good people, My helper was amazing he explained everything to me the way I thought he should, the manager came out and thanked me for my patience with them for waiting. That was so thoughtful. I actually enjoyed the wait. He had conversation in between while I waited.”

“The Entire staff at Microsoft kiosk, at West Town Mall is always kind to my son. He loves to visit, this Microsoft Kiosk at the mall each week. My son has Play Station 4 and Microsoft Xbox one at home. This is the only Microsoft Kiosk, in Knoxville was my son and plays new Xbox One demo games before he buys them at home. On April 22, 2018, Eliot took his time to explain how the Microsoft Xbox Game pass 6-months 2018 works for only $59.99 with tax its only $65.54. My son was able to play over 500 games for 6-months with his Microsoft Xbox Game pass 6-months 2018. Thanks Eliot and the entire staff at Microsoft, for always being so helpful and kind to my son every week.”
