If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

Great experience with the employee who was working that day. She was kind and helpful with all customers even when she was busy. They also where well stocked and she also took the time to make sure the product on the shelf was not stale. After buying 4 of the same thing from other locations I'm glad to know they had taken the time to remove the bad ones from the shelves. Other than the lack of bags (completely out of their control) there are no complaints.
