Hispanic person walking in this place with a iPhone asking the lady to help
Me fix a issue I had. It was all in Spanish. I never told her I didn’t understand English. So I explain to her what was going and and I was treated like a dum a$$ I’m sorry for the word but that’s how I felt because 1. The girl whose name is (Saira) was screaming at me. I did not once screamed at her. She told me she has an iPhone and she knew what she was talking about. I have owned an iPhone since it probably came out but I was not going to argue with her about it. All I did was listen and needed my phone fixed. I’m a bit late posting this as well . It happen about 1 month ago. Also, I was in the store with my husband and my son with this lady screaming like she owns the place. She moved a couple of buttons and she suggested go to the Apple Store. I came back 1 minute later because I was receiving text messages with my email address. When somebody texted me and then I texted them back they received it as a email not my number . But, I was so upset about her screaming at me that I came in there with a different attitude and speaking English and let me tell you she treated me
So different. Before , all this when I was only speaking Spanish to her she was also talking back and forth with another girl about another customer stuff. I find this so unprofessional. She did end up fixing my issues also because at the end she asked a male guy that also works there but in a different tone. Just asking to treat all people right because you never know who’s going to walk in there and many people won’t take others screaming or yelling at peoples face like this.

Definitely five stars for Saira and Damaris at this Cricket store! I wandered in, asking if they would help me with an iPad issue. They handled it with smiles and did a great job. Thank you, Saira, for your kindness and help!

I was with Cricket and they always really gave me good service. The people who assisted me always answered all my questions with kindness. And they always had staff who spoke Spanish. I'm very sorry to have left. Totally sorry

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a cell phone store my women tried to get her new phone hooked up they checked compatibility and said it was good charged us 70$ and 2 hours later no service and no refund the girl at the desk just gave my girl the phone back said she couldn't do anything and walked out so unprofessional if i could rate it a zero i would ended up taking all three of my phone plans to Verizon

These people are extremely are kind and helpful offering extra time for answers I've needed. They even offer shorter chairs for shorter people who can't climb on barstools. ?

I came here twice for two different people and there's a guy that works there I forgot his name but he's always so kind and professional and patient with us and it's clean in there not like the other ones I've been to. I will be coming back

I'm leaving you a five star review because I like your service and like the people at the store. However, I bought a cord for my charger for my phone. The cord won't relay a charge and the cord also won't stay connected to my phone. I went to return it and they said, "We don't do returns on accessories." Can you please give me a phone number where I can call to remedy this/get my money back for the cord that doesn't work?
