By far the worst experience I have ever had at a cell phone store my women tried to get her new phone hooked up they checked compatibility and said it was good charged us 70$ and 2 hours later no service and no refund the girl at the desk just gave my girl the phone back said she couldn't do anything and walked out so unprofessional if i could rate it a zero i would ended up taking all three of my phone plans to Verizon

Great Customer Service and kind, gentleman fixed my phones Sim card issue.i haven't had any fix a phone issue in 10 years only make me buy a new one. 5 stars very happy.

These people are extremely are kind and helpful offering extra time for answers I've needed. They even offer shorter chairs for shorter people who can't climb on barstools. ?

I came here twice for two different people and there's a guy that works there I forgot his name but he's always so kind and professional and patient with us and it's clean in there not like the other ones I've been to. I will be coming back

I'm leaving you a five star review because I like your service and like the people at the store. However, I bought a cord for my charger for my phone. The cord won't relay a charge and the cord also won't stay connected to my phone. I went to return it and they said, "We don't do returns on accessories." Can you please give me a phone number where I can call to remedy this/get my money back for the cord that doesn't work?

Helpful although cricket says our phones are incompatible with their hotspot but they worked for over a year and my wife has exactly the same phone and her's still works. All they'll say is it shouldn't be working. Clearly it can and does work they just want you to buy a new phone.

Rodney took such good care of us! My grandmother was needing something more affordable than T-mobile and he was patient and kind the WHOLE time. He helped her sign up for something that would qualify her for an affordable bill based on her social security. He didn't try to scam her or get anymore money out of her than needed! Thank you for your kindness Rodney! I will send anyone I can recommend your way!

Great service today Chris was a great Salesperson...only selling me items I said that I was interested in, and in the price range I said I wanted to stay in. He make sure that everything was switched over from one phone to the other before I left and that I was happy with everything.. he's a big jokester, so we were right on key with each other from the moment I walked in.
