After numerous large rug Amazon returns using this CVS UPS pickup station, I was denied today. The redheaded manager would not take my return . I didn't get her name. If your CVS store ID: #3721 at 4864 Broadway St Knoxville, TN 37918 is no longer accepting Amazon returns of certain sizes , using UPS , you should say so in the return section on amazon . It was a waisted trip.

THE STORE WORKERS ARE THE SWEETEST HELP IVE EVER SEEN AND THEIR PRICES ON STORE PRODUCTS BEST PRODUCTS AND VERY AFFORDABLE I FEEL LIKE THEY OUT DO WALMART ON THEIR CHRISTMAS IDEALS AND GIFTS I JUST LIKE TO KNOW WHY WALGREENS AND CVS STOP SALING VENNESE SHAMPOO I CANT FIND IT ANY STORE FOR MONTHS NOW I WISH THEY WOULD BRING VENESS SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER TO OUR STORES ALL OF THEM PLEASE

My CVS in Knoxville TN (Fountain City) is always more than willing to help, even as there are issues/concerns that need assistance on some of my prescriptions. They are always supportive at guiding any needed steps to service the customer. I appreciate you all, including the pharmacists!

Set this place as pick up for my prescriptions from my doctor a prescription to them and they turned me away saying they're not accepting new patients even though they had already received my prescription from my doctor

Unfortunately, the vapid pharmacist Jenny could not explain why she dispensed the same medication differently from my last visit to CVS (at a lower price)...so back to Walmart Pharmacy where medications are dispensed the same no matter the pharmacist.

The bathrooms at CVS locations are disgusting. The employees show no care to keep them clean. I have visited several locations in multiple states.

Thank You for your exceptional help with my mom's medications.. she misplaced 2 of her bottles and they were unbelievable an gave her a 2 day emergency supply. So if u have a doctor u can never find for help don't forget about your local CVS pharmacy.. They've been affected hard with the scarce of employable people but still the same kind smiles when I needed them. Thanks guys!

Last night a prescription for pink eye was called into to your pharmacy. It was too late for me to pick up so I was at the store about an hour after you opened to pick it up. I was then informed by the girl at the drive thru window that they didn’t have it in stock. She say I would have to wait til Friday. Thursday is Thanksgiving. Um. Have you ever had pink eye? I asked if another CVS would have it. She said well you are welcome to call them. I think she probably could have checked faster than I could. I wasn’t happy. I pulled up so as to not block the other cars, called Walgreens down the street and had it transferred. All my business is now going to Walgreens.
