If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible service in the pharmacy. Waited 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me. Another woman walked right up, they helped her immediately ??♀️ Then if that wasn’t enough, they were rude. I’ll take my business elsewhere! Will absolutely not come back.

Worst pharmacy in the area. Pharm tech Britney accused me of pharmacy shopping because I asked about filling a medication that I also had a refill of on file at Walgreens. Seth White, the manager, finally takes the phone call after picking up the receiver multiple times and placing the phone back on hold for 20 minutes. He was short and rude from the beginning of the call. He also acted like I had tried to fill medications at 2 pharmacies and didn't want to try and help me. I referred to the way his employee was acting and accusing me. Seth seemed mad about that and also that I stated my doctor was sending future medications to Walgreens because CVS is substandard to the competition. He canceled the prescriptions that were being filled and said he was calling my doctor to send all medications back and that I could just do all my business with Walgreens. He reminded me of a child throwing a fit. I'm glad he did that, so I don't give any more business to this group of clowns. Being a veteran of the US Army, I don't appreciate being treated like a drug seeker. Considering I lost my brother nine years ago to drugs, I don't appreciate being treated like a drug seeker.These people are lazy, inconsiderate, and incompetent. That's why they have to close for lunch everyday and inconvenience the community they serve. Seth cant figure out how to split up lunch breaks and can't seem to hire enough workers to keep the place open. This wouldn't happen at a pharmacy that was well managed. A few months back, they didn't even put the right amount of pills in my prescription. When I called up to dispute the issue, they audited the storage safe and had to reimburse me the extra medications. Apparently, Seth was in a hurry and didn't put all my medicine in the bottle, but I got my remaining medication after having to call them out. Seth is failing as a manager and a pharmacist. If this is what you want from a pharmacy, then deal with them. I'm gonna do business elsewhere.

I’ve gone to this pharmacy for awhile now, and they always have my prescriptions filled so quickly. Seth in the pharmacy is very knowledgeable and helpful! The whole pharmacy staff is very kind and quick as well.

The pharmacy here is amazing. My husband had an issue with his medicine and they were willing to help and very friendly about it. The store is located in a great location and the staff is all super friendly. Recommend to anyone in or near the area.

I find this store team very helpful and they have a good selection of most of the items we need. I do like the pharmacy staff but wish they could be a bit quicker filling our prescriptions. I can leave the doctors office and the well call it in and sometimes after 2 hrs they tell me it will still be about 15 to 30 minutes before it's ready

I want to provide this information to anyone who may be considering the CVS PHARMACY at 110 MAJESTIC GROVE BLVD. IN SHORT - DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!I contacted CVS at 2PM to get a prescription refilled. I was told they would have my prescription completed in 3 hours. At 4:30PM I received an automated text that read "Rx is on order & we will text when ready. If you would like to pick this Rx up at a nearby CVS today, please call." I then called the pharmacy & was told that they did not have the medication in stock & so I reiterated the text & asked which nearby CVS I could pick this up at. I was told that was not possible and I would need to have my doctor call it in to another pharmacy. Again, my prescription was supposed to be filled no later than 5PM & I received this message at 4:30PM on Friday, at which time I am not able to get in touch with my prescriber.Not only is this EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, with no obvious concern for the patient, but the person on the phone was VERY RUDE & treated me as if I had done something wrong because I was wanting answers to my questions.So, if you were considering this CVS PHARMACY at 110 MAJESTIC GROVE BLVD. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unless, of course, you prefer RUDE SERVICE & BEING TREATED LIKE YOU ARE A SECOND-CLASS CITIZEN. If that is the case, then this place is for you!!

The fact that they close everyday at 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch is very inconvenient for me as that seems to always be the time I need a prescription. However, today I did remember and got in line at the pharmacy window at 1:26….There were 2 cars ahead of me, but I figured if you were in line before 1:30, they would wait on you. I was wrong! They waited on the 2 cars ahead of me, but when I got to the window at 1:32, the attendant very rudely said, “We’re closed for lunch!”, and slammed the window shut! I will be transferring all my prescriptions to Publix.

My family has been shopping at this CVS since 2013. Our prescriptions have always been ready on time and other products we need are always in stock.

Easily the best shopping experience I've had at a CVS. I'm not sure who the gentleman was, but he was older and gave off "manager" energy and it was in the evening on 11/28/22. He was friendly and it was obvious he knows the store like the back of his hand. Knowledgeable and professional. Very nice experience.
