I shop at CVS because of the great value of savings.i clip there coupons and save big money. live in Knoxville TN and love the 24 hour CVS on Kingston Piike. Debbie is the employee.
She is so kind,friendly and gives great service always with a smile.

I can’t review cvs as a whole and y’all are where I called so I guess you’re it. Not being able to speak to a pharmacy tech is completely absurd. Also, left the pharmacy a message a day ago with no call back so that 1 hour call back time promise didn’t quite work either.

Pharmacy never has anything ready when you arrive so plan on a 30 mins to an hour wait every single time you want anything

I was treated condescending when I attempted to drop off a UPS package when I asked and the young girl said we do not do that, the do at the auto parts store next door. When I explained your website lists that as a service she replied they do it at the auto parts store next door. I have snipped it from your website. If you are not doing this then it needs to be removed from your list of services. Perhaps this was just an employee who did not want to deal with it.

I went to get my flu shot, and they said I needed a hepatitis booster also, so I got both they were busy, but the wait was short. I was impressed with the efficiency they got to everyone, and despite only having one person giving shots, things moved along well.

I wentto drop off some prescriptions at the drive-through at CVS and the woman at the window was not only rude and showed how horrible her life and day was. She refused to fill prescriptions for a man who lost his leg. I need a pain medication if this is a customer service at CVS. I never wanna go back there ever again.

Kaylee I’m the Pharnacy has the worst customer service she told me about 5 times how busy they were…to busy to help me with my RX and said she could put me on hold but it would be a minute. While on hold I was able to call Walgreens and check the status and they said they sent it to THIS CVS on 4/20. Kaylee proceeds to tell me how short staffed they are and she needs to get me off the phone to call Walgreens. She only tells me this AFTER I tell her Walgreens said they already sent it over because the tune she was singing earlier was they hadn’t received it and to call back later because they were busy. I finally was able to get in touch with someone because it seems like they’re either closed or at lunch 2 out of the 3 times I call. I already miss Walgreens and this is the first prescription I had to get filled here. Ugh
