This pharmacy is so good. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. They really do their best to make it super easy and convenient for you. I drive 45 minutes to come to this pharmacy because I have never had a bad experience here. Hopefully one day they will get a drive-through window.

The pharmacist Stephanie is AMAZING- so knowledgeable, patient, and ALWAYS kind!! Staff are great! I gave 4 not 5 stars because CVS pharmacies seem chronically understaffed - the staff are working hard but simply need more support!! It’s not the staff’s fault for wait times if understaffed.

Always helpful and knowledgeable. The CVS in Target Washington Pike is the best. Friendly staff and always show concerns about possible medicine interactions.

I have used three different CVS locations and have had the exact issues with all of them. They are always understaffed (2 staring at the computer screen and 1 at the register). I have health issues that make it difficult to stand. Standing in line always takes over 30 minutes. They never answer the phone. I was placed on hold for 55 minutes. They hung up on me twice. My prescriptions are never in stock. CVS needs to find better ways to help their customers. Their customer service is severely lacking.

Really bad experience. I took my teenage daughter to get a flu shot. We have gotten our flu shots here every year. The pharmacist informed us he couldn’t give us a flu shot without an appointment. He literally gave a man a flu shot without an appointment in front of us.

The girl at the desk was completely unhelpful when I tried to schedule an appt for a vaccine.
