Mr Patel, Pharmacy Mgr. greeted me with Professional courtesy. I did not share that this was my 1st visit, to that CVS location.He answered my questions, thoroughly. He was patient & knowledgeable.. In advance, he offered & scheduled my future seasonal vaccines.

Opened late because of conflict of ethical interest. They own drug store and involved in a insurance company so its kinda hard to find one open regular hours. As far as big chain pharmacies, im not a fan. I like to support local owned pharmacies. The lady at CVS in Knoxville was short handed but informative.
