After our transmission fell out of our car we had to get a tow back home. Davis Servicing and Towing Center came to our rescue. They even gave us a ride home after our Lyft driver bailed on us. If I could give a hundred stars I would.

Dylan and Brendon were absolutely awesome. I was assigned Davis towing by State Farm for roadside service on my motorcycle. Everything about this service was amazing. My bike broke down on I-40 east bound in heavy traffic. This company called me within minutes of contacting my insurance company and got to me in under 40 minutes which in just that was incredible. They were extremely professional and truly did an amazing job getting me and my bike to my place. This review just doesn't seem to be enough of a job very well done by these two and this company. Thank you so much.

Took over 2 hours for truck to arrive but that didn't bother me. Dylan came and was amazing. He opened door for me, quick to load vehicle and took me home. Had great conversation and just good service all the way around. Thank you!

I unfortunately had the immense displeasure of having my car towed by Davis’s towing company service. They weren’t able to tow my car the first time because of the snow, which is fine, however I was forced to utilize this company for the next several days through AAA. Every time I contacted Davis Service I had to wait 8+ hours despite calling early in the morning. For some reason I was apparently always at the end of their list even though they knew I had waited the whole day before, for several days, they could never give me a time frame and spoke as if it wasn’t their problem. Finally some seemingly really dense driver with a cigarette in his mouth arrived at 11pm, an hour after the time I was finally given that he would be there, and didn’t even check my ID, a requirement of AAA. The worst part was that, when I got to my car after being towed, the floors and seat were caked in mud. Absolutely terrible service. I couldn’t tell if they had a personal issue with me, as they were often rude or annoyed when I called for a status update while I waited for 8-10 hours by my car each day, or are just completely incompetent. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Terrible company.

Let me just say that these two young men Dylan and Brendon are amazing. They came really fast eta said 60-90 minutes they got there in about 25-30 minutes….when my car broke down on hwy 75 just at mile marker 115 just before Knoxville. Very polite and even took me by a gas station to go to the restroom before taking my car to Dalton Collision. I am very grateful for them as we were on our way home and I had my 7 month old granddaughter, my daughter and sister in the var also. 911 were also amazing as to take my sister, daughter and granddaughter somewhere safe.

The tow truck arrived within the window they told me. The crew was helpful, efficient, and professional. They called before they arrived and told me exactly when they would be there. The next day they delivered my car to the dealership before 9:00 am! I was super impressed and gratefulfor their help.
