Vishva and the people at Hop-In are incredible. This gas station has a lot of quality items you can't find at the big chains. Consistently great customer service & staff. If you're looking for good quality, affordable gas & products on Kingston Pike this is the place to go.

I stopped by this convenience store on my way home and was really impressed. The place is super clean, well-lit, and organized, which made it easy to find everything I needed. The staff were friendly and quick at the register, even during the after-school rush.

Gas is soooo slow! It took a little less than a minute per gallon of fuel! Indoor selection of snacks is small.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! I’m from Mississippi, but Delta/MAPCO (now Hop’In) is my go to store when I’m in or p lol coming through Knoxville. So on Tuesday I was traveling through Knoxville for the holidays and of course, as I always do, I stopped at my favorite store on Kingston Pike because I wanted to see what changed since the new management took over and rebrand to Hop’In (I knew the store rebranded thanks to the new staff consistently posting pictures of the store on its Google listing). And I wanted to say WOW! It was a great experience, they have really cleaned the place up and expanded on the store’s merchandise! The new owner is proactive in maintaining the store’s image both online and in the store! The cashier was very pleasant and was a huge help! Even though the store isn’t MAPCO anymore, Hop’In in Knoxville will still be my stop when I’m in or coming through Knoxville!
