The people here are incredibly easy going and kind. I called to get some information for the mattress I was looking for. The lady I spoke with let me know of several options for what I was looking for. I came into the store and a man showed me the ones, I made a decision and was checked out and loaded up within 10 minutes!! Definitely worth your trip here, prices cannot be beat and the service is hometown superb!

I almost didn't go inside this " hole in the wall". Nothing like the big stores. All you'll get here is the best price from the nicest people in town! Michael knew his stuff, never steered us to a particular product, and patiently swapped mattresses until we were sure. I recommend them 100%!

Had a great experience getting a mattress for my returning Vol student. The staff were so helpful and easy to work with - even loading into our mini van. You can't go wrong here price wise either.

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!!! We had gone to so many mattress stores in Knoxville in search of a quality, comfortable mattress at a good price and had no luck until coming here. There were so many options within our budget and Donna worked so hard to take care of us! The staff is amazing and we are incredibly happy with our purchase and our experience here. I will recommend them to anyone!!!!

I badly needed two beds. I tried to buy online and was overwhelmed by the options and the price. I saw the rave reviews for Discount Mattress and decided to visit. I was in and out in 20 minutes with two high quality beds at half the price I was going to pay. I was truly blown away by the people there, the quality of beds I was able to purchase and the reasonable prices. I will never ever go anywhere else for a bed.
