Visited this Dollar General several times, while in Knoxville, and really liked it. It was much larger and of course had different items than the one in my state. The associates on both shifts were always so friendly. I really appreciated that. The store like many DG's was pretty crowded but this one was descent.

I like this store, personally. I've never had an issue with anyone being discourteous or rude. The prices are fine with me, and I am aware of the struggle it takes to restock DG stores-its up to the matter of being shorthanded. They need to just hire a person to do stock ONLY and pay accordingly. But I don't own the place. I do find everything I need, so I can't complain at all. I wouldn't say I recommend this store, but I wouldn't say I don't recommend it. The workers have always been nice to me, or at least indifferent (which is fine).

They are letting only one student in at a time while alot of students depend on it, but can not get what they need

They over charge here nothing is in the correct place price is always different ar checkout it's says a dollar but you check out it will be $4.95 scanners warch what you buy here I bought sanitizers $1.00 each end up charging 3,45 each the $1.00 isle is the worst rake it foen because everything is marked wrong on it I won't be back

I am really getting fed up with this store. For the last few months they have closed hours early or not open at all, this is not due to lack of employees. The store is always dirty and cluttered. When you go in you just about have to walk sideways. Then today evidently some kids accidentally knocked over some drinks and told everyone in the store to get out and dont come back then closed the store. This store needs a new manager because this one doesnt know what their doing!

09/19 1000hrs..Nice cashier. I had a question about a product out of stock for days. Lots of confusion on her part. Lack of understanding about her jobie inventory,shipping,stick and basic communication. This all falls in the lap of Dollar General and corporate America fleecing the economy and the poor of the USA. Freedom is not Free.

This is a really great store. The employees are always cheerful and helpful (especially Heather). The store is clean and well lite and most of the time well stocked.
