The incompetent management here Leeds employees wrong. The manager is telling employees not to do their job apparently. I will be following up with the incompetent manager in the morning that leave these employees astray. I would like to know why this is the only Dollar general in the world I can't put money at just because why really?

I also recorded the whole conversation with the minimal trained young employee that was working that was high as a ghost, I will be speaking with corporate in the morning.

i tried to buy a visa giftcard with CASH and the cashier said that the district manager wouldnt let them because of too many scams going around? im literally giving you 30$ in CASH, how can you get scammed from that??? if this is true yall need to put a sign up and pull that cards off the shelves.

That manager CJ was extremely rude and excessively flirted with my husband while I was standing there. I understand you’re gay but pushing yourself off on every man that comes in is unprofessional.I miss the black girl that worked there I told her they’ll probably run her off & they did.Oh boy this used to be one of my favorite dollar generals in Knoxville. Today was the last day I’ll ever shop there

I love this location, but it’s 95 degrees outside and they have their employees working with no air conditioning. I didn’t even see any fans for the girls who were working today.

Ya wanna know why I'm giving it 1 the manager is a problem ever since they made the last one quit he has done so little for the store and to people who don't go there often you won't realize the shambles it's going to he doesn't do his job but has the gull to complain about his employees who are trying to do there job and the best one quit and I don't blame them for quitting either I would to if I worked under someone who complains and then sent unwarranted pictures to there employees and then tries to deny it all honestly the company needs to re hire the old manager he worked day and night by himself to keep the store in order

I come here all the time, I normally pick up a few things after I finish up at the the and employees I've dealt with have nice, friendly, and very intentional. The store is clean and organized and has been since I started going here regularly a year ago.

Why does the coupon system never work here? I love the coupon system Dollar General has but for some reason it never works at this store. Any idea when this will be corrected? I am wasting time looking for coupons if this system isn't working when I shop.

The assistant manager Michael is terrible. Walks around talking on his headphones all day long and ignores customers unless they're waving him down and screaming for help. He maybe unpacked 4 boxes the entire time I was in the store. He also over shares about his health problems to every single guest as he checks them out, making it the slowest check out I ever experienced. The store manager, never caught his name, is so great, I can't believe his 2nd in command is this usless piece of garbage. I'll never come back, the good employees don't work in the morning, it's always the horrible assistant manager.

I had an older woman wearing a tye die shirt acting very strangely and following me around the store. I finally asked her if I could help her, to which she was very rude said, "No can I help YOU?" I responded, "You work here?!?" and she said yes. I then proceeded to place my two items, a large box of garbage bags and a 6 CT roll of paper towels down on the shelf to leave. A man followed me to the parking lot and yelled "Can't shop here for free honey! This is MY store!" what?! .......... These people literally looked homeless and I had NO CLUE either of them worked there, and now knowing they do, I will NOT be back. I typically frequent the Amherst location and only use this one on the rare occasion, but never again! Proceeded to Amherst where my favorite people were working and went about my day. Make the 5 minute extra drive people.

The store is clean and well organized. The manager is very nice, as well as most of the other employees.There have been four occasions where I has checked out by the black lady in dreads, she is horrible. Her attitudes is very unprofessional. She is the only employee I have had an issue with, and it has been every single time she has rung me up.The last time she was playing on he phone, didn't say anything when I walked up to her to check out, begrudgingly got off her phone, rung my items, did something on her phone, then gave me my receipt. She is not a good employee.
