“Asked someone named Stanley where the bleach was, he just ignored me and kept going dancing to his earbuds,been shopping there for 11 years and I think the help is not worthy of picking up popcorn with the pigeons. The management is non existent. I thought earbuds was not allowed at Dollar Tree. Sad.”
“This Dollar Tree is one of the rare ones where most things are still $1.25 or $1.50, along with a few $3 sections. Great store to browse. Clean and well-stocked. No stock carts blocking the isles.”

“In the last 6 months this particular dollar tree has changed from dirty, unorganized, out of everything to being one of my fav quick stops for random toiletries, lotions, razors. birthday and holiday decor. They have started to carry better stuff and even offer name brands for certain items. I will always buy my paper towels,cleaning supplies and holiday decor, birthday cards here. You can’t beat the balloon and greeting card prices. I prob stop here 5 days a week.”

Poor, stressed customers, and poor one employee being rushed and given attitudes from customers even tho it is higher ups fault and issue to fix!”

“This seems to be a more scaled down version of the stores I'm used to. The aisles are really tight and stock needs to be put out, but that's no surprise if you frequent DG. Employees have been super nice.”

“The BIGGEST Dollar General I have ever been in! Very nice stocked and everyone is fairly nice working. One time a worker seemed extremely out of it if they are still there I am uncertain. Other than that would give a 5 star but the first Dollar General to ever mention only employees can use the restroom and everyone else can't. They suggest going next door. ?”
“So i just wanna let management and corporate know that you have fantastic employees except one of the managers or crew trainers who is a black woman. Did not catch her name but i did catch her get overly exasperated in front of myself and another customer because the very sweet slower girl was helping me find laundry detergent. This girl might have autism or a developmental delay but shes the most personable and kind employee at this location and i find it unacceptable your management treats the staff under them this way. Im sure its frustrating to have to repeat yourself to an employee w a delay but its childish and unprofessional to treat them like a burden at the job you hired them for. Hard day or not, irritating coworker or not, you dont speak to people like this not in front of customers but more importantly, not ever.”

“When this Dollar General opened, in this affluent neighborhood, phew, the Farragut residents couldn't turn their noses further up if they were a compass needle pointing north! But now it's packed and rightly so. This Dollar General is the equivalent of a New York City bodega (okay, minus the flan and the resident cat). They have it all from Twix, to Duct tape to canned tuna to arts and crafts, and they even have the most friendly staff.”
“it's small store although it is neat tidy almost always stocked easy to remember where things are but I feel it looks cluttered but I also dont think it is when I think about it but you can decide on clutter or no but employees are outstanding, they stick to store policy no matter who you are. that's refreshing. it is 100 % but just that clutter arguement that's stuck in my head....”
“This location is now closed permanently. The new location is scheduled to open Tuesday 11/21/2023. The new location is way more modern than the previous. It will be a much needed improvement.”

“The store was a bit of a mess but I saw the employees hard at work trying to get things put out and straight. Brenya and Garrett were both so very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. When I had trouble finding things Garrett was the "go to guy". He gladly lead my daughter and I right to what we were looking for a few times. Not only was Brenya very pleasant, When I forgot my receipt she went above and beyond to find it and have it waiting for me. Dollar General should try to hold on to employees like this who seem to like and care about their job and customers!”
“Visited this Dollar General several times, while in Knoxville, and really liked it. It was much larger and of course had different items than the one in my state. The associates on both shifts were always so friendly. I really appreciated that. The store like many DG's was pretty crowded but this one was descent.”
“I hate that Dollar Tree raised their prices, like everyone else does, but they really have a lot of better merchandise and more variety now. They have so much cute Halloween and Christmas merchandise right now. I found some things to get my coffee bar ready for Christmas. Also, found some zero cal caramel coffee syrup, vanilla coffee, and splenda creamer that is so yummy!You can't beat the price for LED bulbs here, which is what I went in for today. It's also good to go ahead and stock up on some things you may need for power outage in case of bad weather in winter. Get those smoke alarm batteries while you're there too! It's time to replace them! They work so well and last for years!”

“At the store they helped correct the situation where I was sent a faulty router to replace my aged but working router that I had been encouraged to replace by Xfinity in order to keep my equipment under warranty. What should have been half an hour or less of my Sunday afternoon turned into multiple hours and frustration finally resulting in having to direct call their router activation group.”
