Has a bigger food selection than a lot of them in Knoxville. Also has craft isle. Can be a bit disorganized at times. But friendly staff.

This dollar tree always run out of stuff quick!!! It seems like they'd order doubled the product because i have to drive to the next one which is very convenient!!! The trash outside is so nasty...why don't they pay someone a dollar or two to pick it up since they love panhandling at this location!!! Very ghetto when they come over the intercom never professional

Love going because obviously the prices and they have a great selection of different things. I know the employees put time and effort into organizing but it's always so messy(customers I'm sure) Sometimes have to do a lot of digging to find what I need

I thought I would stop by and pick up some things. Got there at 10am, store is closed. Google said it opens at 8am. I guess no one to come in and open the store.

There's certain items I always buy here because of the price and convenience. Like most stores,you have to know when to go for availability. Things sell out quickly!

They are always out of season on their seasonal items. The shelves are empty a lot and the staff is rude and lazy. They didn't put out the sesame Street make up which they probably kept for themselves.

I appear at 1st glance to be white. I live in a mostly black area. Checking out today I received unexpectedly racist behaviour. The cashier greeted everyone. coming and going with a warm friendly hello, how are you? Good to see you. When I got to the register, I said warmly, hello. How are you? Expecting the same warm greeting. What I got was a very flat, depressed sounding, mmmhmm. You may think you know someone by looking at them, but she has no clue who I am! Creole, black, dutch & Cherokee! A red haired dutch mother makes me appear more white than I am! But don't get it twisted!!! It truly hurt my heart! So my son and I you'll see at every march, at every BLM event screamin at the top of our lungs that BLM!! Even tho there are ignorant people like her thinkin they know me!!

DO NOT VISIT.Very Rude employees was followed around the store once walked in shelves practically empty didn't even have drinks in cooler aT register followed out of the store by same employee taking pics of my friends license plate I PAY FOR MY ITEMS IF I CANT PAY I DONT TAKE I FELT SO VIOLARED AND ANGERD HOW DARE THEY I WILL NOT AND WOULD ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOLLAR TREE RUDE FILTHY AND VERY UNDERSTOCKED STAY AWAY NOW TO CALL CORPORATE AND GIVE MY COMPLAINT LETS SEE IF THIS WILL HELP

They close @ 8pm so I didn't hv a lot of time to explore the entire store like I normally do when I go to $ ?. But from what I seen they had quite a selection of Fall & Halloween decor ranging from $1.25, $3 & $5. Got sum really cute metal ? stakes for fall & a wooden fall sign $1.25. The employees were friendly, helpful & tidying up the store before they closed. ☆NOTE to customers. If you put the items your looking @ back where they go instead of throwing them wherever, then the shelves wld look a lot better. I cldn't imagine being an employee & straightening up shelves for cust. to come along & literally wreck havoc on the place. It may be their job, but it's just the respectful thing to do anywhere you shop, IMO. ??♀️They had a large craft section in the back & fairly descent size $ ?. They were out of a few items so shelves needed to be restocked. They had a variety of different things wished I had more time to shop. Employee did say the area had a lot of gun violence sole reason they close earlier then the surrounding $ ?'s. Tx for the heads up. I'm from out of town so I appreciate the honesty. Stay safe!

OMG! I love dollar tree it's one of my favorite stores to shop at the only problem I have is I spend too much there lol ? but it is a really good store I love it ? ?.

Cashier was on phone when I came to register. I want greeted in any way and want thanked before I left. Parking lot is always nasty. Store could use a little cleaning and straightening up. I don't love on this side but I try to always patronage this one but they need to do better... A little customer service goes a long way.
