I came in to shop for my employee breakroom as we always do, brought a 100 dollar bill from store funds. The cashier asked if she could do the transaction as it wasn't a large total and the manager proceeded yell instead of coming up how much the transaction was and when the cashier said 6.00. She rudely yelled $6.00!? as if I had asked her to do something crazy and refused the transaction. If it could not be done all she had to do was say so politely. My team and I will do business elsewhere.

Don’t plan on stopping here during their last half hour of business unless you want to get yelled at and told that they close 10 min early because the registers shut down. I realize it’s just the Dollar Tree but a little respect for your fellow humans/customers of your establishment would be nice…and should be free.

We have always had a good experience here... despite the sign about leaving bags at the door (implying there are thieves who frequent this store). No one - customer or employee - has ever bothered us or made us uncomfortable shopping here. They almost always have exactly what I go in looking for. The employees are quick and personable. The store is always neat and organized. Overall, one of the better Dollar Tree locations in Knoxville!

Encountered probably some of the worst customer service ever. From eye rolling to not greeting anyone. The store manager is very rude and has an attitude. I came to exchange a few items and as I was shopping around I actually heard her talking about me on the other isle lol, Atleast act like you like your job .
