Customer service is always great. Store was a little cluttered on my last visit. Employees sitting on the bench in front of the store smoking feels a little inappropriate to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter the store.

Stores have improved, they do carry more items. I always save a lot of money by buying toiletries and batteries, etc. You can’t beat it for 1.25. They also carry ice, balloons and greeting cards

I went in today looking for a pitcher that I could pour and make kool aid in. I didn't see anything like that. It's hit and miss what ya find when ya go.. I did get some animal crackers and a box of quart size freezer bags tho.

The guy running the register recently is super rude! Being straightforward is one thing, but not acknowledging customers, not smiling or interacting, and looking like your half asleep speaks volumes about their character. If you don't like it, change jobs or at least put 10% effort into making the experience decent. A couple workers are OK. I try to avoid this place at all costs but I guess the low costs breeds low hanging quality workers. (The way they treat & obviously low level of care to clarify)

I used to adore Dollar Tree. Now they've stopped carrying half of their stock to make room for more expensive things which ruined the store. I used to be at the Tree several times a week, spent so much money there, now I go once every few months & might spend 5 or 10 bucks. The store, not just this one in particular, but all of them are not really worth frequenting anymore. They don't have what made it great anymore. It was exciting being able to take 20 bucks & have a shopping spree. Never had to worry about prices or anything. Now it's suckfest & of course nothing has a physical price tag so you have to hope it's on the right shelf to know how much stuff is. It's not an enjoyable carefree experience anymore. It only got 3 stars because it's not a store problem it's the chain. The store is a disaster like they all are, but the cashiers are nice enough.
