I placed my order and it finally showed up. When it did I was given the wrong order. I ordered 2-topping medium pizza and a large pizza. All with light sauce. I also ordered some chicken Alfredo pasta and my order was not given to me. They gave me a medium pepperoni and then a medium pan pepperoni. Then some bread bites. This was NOT my order. I didn’t eat it. I have been trying to call for over an hour and no one will answer me. This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a dominos. I want a refund. I ended up eating something else. This wrong order food is in my microwave and will be tossed out if they don’t answer me. It will go uneaten, which is a waste of money and food. Whomever got my order has probably been trying to call as well with no luck. I even tempted to call corporate and they just have a recording to contact the store. This store should be shut down or get better management and workers. There is no reason calls should go unanswered for this long.UPDATE: I emailed the address below on the response section and still haven’t heard back from them. Obviously this is a ploy to make viewers think they try to make things right when they actually do not. So just like the calling for 2-days now and no one answering the phone at this dominos, the emails you send go unanswered and when you call corporate, it’s an automated voice that tells you to call the store. It’s a run around for sure. Guess I’m about to start plastering all over social media. Dominos customer service is NON-EXISTENT!!!!

Husband picked up our order, got home and really not sure what was on the pizza, I generally do not eat your red sauce, because of sensitivity to se spices. We always order your Philly steak plus bacon. The pizza looked a little different, and one bite and I was in trouble. Their was something spicy lurking on that pizza. I honestly tried to eat it but after the second bite, I could not.I called at 7:12 pm, and the bot, put me on hold to speak to someone, I waited exactly one hour and NO ONE ever picked up the phone!I don't know what made me angrier the unknown order or that I never spoke to anyone! We have had a few disappointing pizza, but this one is not forgivable. My husband, also said it was spicy. pizza, so he said he would not go back. It may be that this store will never see our $33-$40 weekly order again.

Ordered from this location for the first time as we recently moved to the area. Used loyalty points and a free pizza coupon on the order along with a few other items. Order went through but after about 10 minutes the tracker said the order was cancelled. None of my points or free pizza coupon are available now and I've been on the phone for the store for over half an hour on hold. Super disapointing....

I ordered a large Philly cheese steak , feta w/ spinach, and a bif chkn pizza. Everything was delicious and ready in 20 minutes! Will definitely be back and service was excellent!

Ordered large 5 toping pizza time to pick up 21- 31 min.went to pick up I was told it would be another hour and a half I told them to just keep it! I am not happy with Domino's at all!!!

1 pizza was not cooked fully. 1 was half bubbles (which means the cheese was missing from those areas). The last was over-cooked. The bread sticks were only so...so. It was a very busy night and they were clearly understaffed, so I'll be giving them another chance soon. Then, we'll see...

Had dominos delivered. Staff was great, service was excellent. Pizza was delivered VERY quickly, and was very good! Price was good, and it was a great value for the money.

I ordered pasta in a bread bowl and it was not done completely in the center. Same thing with the stuffed pepperoni breadsticks. Very disappointed. Tried to call. Waited over 30 minutes for no one to answer... Guess don't stand behind their product I would suggest choosing a different location for anyone that likes their food cooked.

I unfortunately didn't catch his name.I must admit, I was having a bit of a rough day, I even spilled my coffee all over the place this morning and a good meal was just what I needed to lift my spirits. From the moment I entered the store, his infectious positivity and genuine friendliness turned my day around.Not only did he take the time to greet me with a warm smile, but he went above and beyond by recommending the creamy garlic sauce to accompany my meal.
