Disappointed in their bread bowls .I have gotten 3 Chicken Alfredo from 9615 Countryside Center Lane on Middlebrook. All 3 were doughy. When their made right their delicious!!Well, it happened again, same place, same thing. Pictures below.I'm very disappointed.

The staff here shares one brain cell. We tend to have issues with this location whether it be bad quality food or poor service. My boyfriend went to pick up our food and the dude at the window started by saying, “alright you have 2 Cesar salads and 2 garlic salads… oh wait I’m reading the sauces” then continued to give us 1 house salad. Nice kid, it just wasn’t his turn with the brain cell tonight. Should’ve checked the bag before leaving, we know better.

Extremely rude. She flipped the bird at me when I told her about having me wait on call for 20min!! She said she did not care. She said she was quitting anyway if I report her. So, she was extremely rude. I did not take the order. I left.

Ive gave them multiple chances to make up for the lack of professionalism and lack of communication but as they say, third times the charm. Dont even waste your time with this location. Go somewhere else and avoid the hassle and headache. As you can see from the abundance of 1 star reviews in the past year, this location is straight trash and no one cares to do anything about making it right. No matter what time you put your order in on the app, its always an hour or more wait time from the original ETA time and then they wait till you pick up, to tell you they ran out of something ??♂️. Its unacceptable. Ive been to many different Dominos in different states and cities and its no more than an average 15-25 min wait time for a simple medium pie thats practically ready to be assembled. (They get the dough and ingredients shipped by trucks) like all they have to do is assemble the thing.

Didn't want to take my order. Just too busy. One associate a jerk. The other 2 were fine. Don't know who was in charge. I got the impression that the one that was wasn't cut out for it. The one I dealt with had curly hair and was Caucasian. So I am now picking up my pie at gondolier. Probably will in the future, too. Happy New

I received the wrong order. I called back to talk to a manager. I was told it was too busy, but they'd put me on hold. I waited 15 minutes and hung up. I tried two more times and they hung up on me without answering.

To be fully transparent and Fair. The experience last night was extremely horrible, but I called this afternoon, hoping to actually speak to a professional manager . And I did the young lady was extremely help Provided a Refund and delivery of the full order today as a Replacement. So thank you so much to that amazing young lady You truly were a pleasure to talk to after my experience last Night .I placed an order for a pizza and was informed that the delivery would arrive within a 30-minute window. However, I was shocked to find that it took an hour and 20 minutes for the pizza to finally reach my doorstep. This delay was completely unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.To make matters worse, upon receiving the delivery, I discovered that several items I had ordered were missing. This was a clear oversight on your part, as I had not been informed of any missing items during the multiple phone calls I made inquiring about the status of my delivery. When I requested to speak to a manager, the individual I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional and refused to provide me with his name. He claimed that attempts had been made to contact me regarding the missing items, despite the fact that I had called twice and was never informed of any issues.Furthermore, when I requested a refund for the incomplete order, I was informed that I would have to physically visit the restaurant to receive a food refund, with no mention of a cash refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service is highly disappointing and does not align with the level of professionalism I expect from a reputable establishment.Good luck as you lost us as a customer at this location!
