I have banked at Enrichment for over 30 years. I have always had great service at the West branch on Kingston Pike and in more recent years at the Northshore location as well. Employees I have interacted with have always been knowledgeable, efficient and friendly yet professional. Over the years I've gravitated to on line banking and now enjoy remote deposit and mobile banking on my phone. Help has always been available through phone or messages on line. I love my line of credit that backs up my checking account so on the rare occasions that timing becomes an issue or I make a misstep, I can correct asap for very little interest so I never have a late fee. Thanks Enrichment for such great service and array of services.

Such a great place to do business. With their mobile app I hardly ever have to visit the Credit Union. I also love the ability to do my loan all on my phone or computer without having to come to the branch. Last fall I needed a signature loan and my request was completed in a days time and I never had to visit the branch. The money was automatically deposited into my account ready for me to use it how I needed. Thanks Enrichment for helping me with meeting my financial goals!

Worst case of holding peoples money for as long as they can so they can make a dollar from interest. They closed my checking account without ever telling me by mail, email, or even a phone call.Time to find a better bank.I wish I had reviewed the bank prior to opening an account there.

Unfortunately, EFCU does not have any helpful customer service when you call. I've been a customer since 1988, and yet they will not correct something they did. The employees that answer the telephone evidently do not understand that just repeating themselves is not helpful; the caller wants their ACTUAL questions answered! I repeated questions to two different employees, and I consistently got the basic answer that "they just do things that way" and "most customers want it that way."Costs to actually have a checking account have also just been instituted, which are very costly and totally outrageous.I plan to move my money to another institution, which has FREE checking and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ASAP.

The staff is always very friendly...down to earth...Just got a home equity loan and Denise was very helpful..very knowledgeable and did not make me feel stupid. She answered every question and took her time. Very time efficient. Very friendly.

I would stear clear unless you would like Mr. Chappel to push incorrect guidelines, take 3 days to call you and not be of any assistance. After his attitude, him cutting off my sentences and not offering what their website clearly states as an option... my business will go elsewhere. I called ORNL and was approved the same day. Weird?!?! Try ORNL instead.

I can't quantify the number of times I have been stranded out of state and not able to resolve the issues with this bank, due to severe internal miscommunication between their departments. I have also had payments vanish without any record, or at least that is what their card department tells me happened. With this high a fail rate I can't imagine how they are still in business.

Okay place for a loan, but standard banking practices are lacking. Poorly designed website and apps. Takes forever to deposit a check, which they want to hold for 7 days, if it is more than a few thousand. Business accounts and services are a joke.

Loved this bank in the beginning.. I have been going to this same bank for some time now. There is a African American woman ( Tia - I think her name is) who is EXTREMELY RUDE everytime I see her. She is not fit for customer service, However I still like Miss Liz from this branch. Hopefully customer service improves.

We have had our personal and company accounts at EFCU since 1997. We have taken and refinanced loans with them as well. The staff love working there and they make doing "banking" with them very easy. I would never go anywhere else.
