Rented vehicles here several times with no problems. Staff is competent and friendly. Picking up or dropping off takes less than 10 minutes (if you book online).

My rental was ready when I got there and the paperwork and time spent waiting was very minimal. The staff were great and upgraded me to a different vehicle! Thank you again and I won't be renting from anywhere else!

Worst rental company ever, weeks ago i was hit by a car, and their insurance company sent them all the information so I can come pick up a rental car and the insurance is paying for it of course. But they ended up charging me for the rental, I called them and tried to explain that they should send the bill to the insurance company , but they never do anything about it and they charged me, I sent multiple emails with no response. And I decided to give up on that because I know what goes around always comes around. Thank you so much

Kody helped us out with our rental that we had to book last minute. The car that was chosen was comfortable, good on gas, and pleasing to the eye! Kody was helpful, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of for our trip. Thanks so much to Kody and the enterprise team for making our trip go smoothly. We will definitely use this location in the future!

Customer service was great and they had my rental ready at time requested. Check in and checkout process took 5 minutes or less. They definitely have a customer who will be returning.

Their ad says they deliver a clean and sanitized car. Not true in our case. It was filthy. Mud up the inside doors. Cobwebs under the trunk. Handprints on the seats. Scratches throughout the exterior. They offered to wash it while we waited but we had to leave immediately. Besides, the customer should always get a clean car without question. That's how you keep customers and a good reputation. Mgr made as feel like we were entitled. I think we're entitled to a clean car!

Reservation, pick-up, and drop-off all proceeded smoothly. The representatives that helped me through the process were knowledgeable and friendly. The vehicle was clean and fully functional.

Im sitting 12 miles away and was told they don't do pickups more than 5 miles even though policy is 10. So I'm stranded in this state yet another day because so many pieces of trash don't want to do anything. Tennessee is a shit hole! Update went up to this scum place and presented the 10 mile pick up proof only to see they had plenty of cars and employees but wouldn't drive 12 miles technically 10. Then wouldn't rent me a car. Scumbags

Well was told wrong on insurance for the car. Way it was presented to me was wrong after I got bill. I can see 50 for two days but not 98. Then they would not let me look at car. I said something about window cracked. The guy said it was noted from last time. There was burnt holes in interior, two scratches and dents on passenger side of the car. So I think that why I was sold the extra coverage to cover someone else damage.

Enterprise on Clinton hwy powell location. Is the worst rental company. I called corporate due to this location not calling me with in 24 hrs to make sure everything was fixed before they pick me up. My car insurance was paying. Katie the manager didn't make sure her employees did there jobs to make sure they call the customer to know that the customer knew everything. I called corporate and then Katie the manager after make the call because I called corporate she refused to rent me a car. Then the assistant showed up Demanding my minor to get out the car. She didn't ask she told me. The customer service that the office isn't great. I called corporate twice on them. The assistant demanding my daughter out the car. Then Katie talked to my grandmother and told that we will fix it so we can get her in the rental. Katie lied to my grandmother. Katie sent the assistant over to demand on minor daughter out the car and we aren't going to rent u. Due to me calling corporate.. I would never send anyone to that location ever.

I've had to rent from several Enterprises over the years but this one by far has the best staff. Always friendly, always have a great selection of vehicles. The rest of the east Tennessee Enterprises should set there bar to Clinton Hwy.

We went there to pick up a rental and dropped our damaged vehicle off at Lance Cunningham Ford. We were courteously greeted and immediately helped with the process. The store manager (who we didn't know was the manager) was very kind and helpful as we completed the process. Because we were getting repairs at a nearby dealer, she upgraded our rental from a Kia Soul to a Toyota pickup which was MUCH appreciated. Same rate as the tiny car.Upon returning the car, we were treated to the same wonderful treatment. I couldn't be happier with a business or service as I was there. Great managerial influences.
