Honestly don’t know how this place is still here, staff was very busy talking to each other then talking to the customers. Store was busy and they had no effort into helping any of us. Definitely do NOT recommend coming here for a new clothes!

I am a frequent shopper at Express, however, I have noticed that this location has a limited selection for men. Furthermore, the employees have displayed attitude and have shown disinterest in serving customers, especially in the morning. I believe it is important for the staff to maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service at all times. I hope that these issues can be addressed promptly for the benefit of all patrons.

two employees who didn’t say a word to me and were sitting on the counter on their phones. i easily could’ve stolen something that’s how much they weren’t paying attention. i had to ask to check out because they were on their phones. i needed what i got but ill be ordering online from now on

Literally 6 employees and sitting on the counter or laying on the counter and not the first one would stop talking to acknowledge me!! The only time that an employee spoke to me was when I asked for the changing room and at that point she pointed to it!! Will be a good minute before coming back!!!!

I went to store to make a return and was told they could not accept it because it was over 60 days. It was within the time frame which customer service confirmed when I called. It was day 59. Customer service apologized and is sending me a return label. I understand a return policy but the store doesn’t follow it

I’ve been shopping at this Express for the past two years and it’s going downhill. Every few months there are new sales associates working there. I recently encountered two. One, was an older gentleman with a bit of a pot belly and a younger male. The younger male was pretty friendly. While the other gentleman that took care of my transaction never gave any eye contact. Also, he didn’t process my transaction correctly. I’ve never interacted with someone like that in the store before. I get it’s a tough time for retail hiring and retaining associates, but quality must not be sacrificed. At the bare minimum a sales associate should be at least pleasant to interact with. Express you all have to do better with who you’re hiring.

The most organized sale section at Express I've ever seen. Employees are very helpful and they have a lot of great deals. Their full priced items are pretty pricey, but they have so much on sale. Worth coming back!

WORST customer service by a sales associate named Anna on Saturday September 18th 2021. She snapped and started yelling when I asked if I could check out. I did not even want to continue shopping anymore because of her horrible customer service so I put my items down and left the store. Nobody wants to be yelled at while shopping.
