Had the experience of doing some work at the Ebenezer Rd facility and worked with Tanielle prior to the work and during. An absolute pleasure to work with. Facility is very well maintained and spotless. Listened to her interactions with customers and you can tell that she likes her job and takes pride in her facility and position as the manager. I called on Sunday, and even though the storefront was closed they were able to get a unit for me over the phone and get my access set up. They left a lock and keys inside the unit, along with their business card. They even opened the package containing the lock and keys. Couldn't have been easier.

I've been overcharged 3 times in a row now.My last payment was supposed to be $190BUT they just tried pulling out $272.They have done this same exact thing to me for 3 months in a row now.
