“I moved to the greater Knoxville area in November of 2025. As I stayed with a friend here, they recommended I see their doctor for Primary Care. As a result, I have had very good and very attentive doctors care for me since then. Dr Baldridge and Dr Price have both seen and treated me as a patient, and I can't say enough about how they listen to what's wrong but they also respond to you with interest and good information about your condition or situation and are the most helpful doctors I've seen in a while. Recently I came down with a bad case of upper respiratory and sinus infection. By the third day with this, I went to a local urgent care as it was a Sunday evening and my doctor was not open. The doctor at Urgent Care told me all I had was a virus and I would have to tough it out. My immune system dictates that I probably would have had pneumonia if I had gone a day or two longer in trying to tough it out. The following day I called the doctor's office and got an urgent appointment with Dr Price. She not only listened to my list of symptoms, but she talked it over with me and treated me thoroughly with medications that would help get rid of the bronchitis as well as the sinus infection rather than making me suffer and possibly turn into full blown pneumonia instead. It has been several days but I am so thankful for good doctors and my condition has taken a little bit of time but without proper medical treatment I would probably be in a hospital by now. Great doctors, great staff, no nonsense, just really good people taking care of you.”

But the minute I met Dr. Ring, I felt so comfortable and loved her from the minute I met her. She is so thorough and listens to me more than any. Dr. I have ever met. She is so personable and is so accepting of everything I tell her more than any of my other doctors. I wish she could be my Endocrinologist my rheumatologist my dermatologist!
