I was visiting Knoxville by boat and needed a manicure. I found Fancy Nails via Google. Absolutely amazing experience. Extremely friendly, excellent service and beautiful nails. I did a powder manicure and my nails looked great.

I had been to this place 3 times too much...,First time Ben did a fabulous job,so I went back a second time and the lady that runs it did a great job so I decided to go back because of the location being close to me...then this last time, I got an infection from the cuticle trimmers and my fingers are sore...The salon is not the cleanest I have been to, it definitely needs to be updated and cleaned along with the tools need sanitized...the sanitizing machines look old and dirty....

I've been goin here since I was 12 years old!!! I hate that I moved _ had to find another placer closer to me because I miss John, Tia, Her Mom & the rest of their family!!! They always went above & beyond on My nails for such a low price! Now I have 3 daughters who I'll bringin by to get their nails done in the future! Thank you SO much for everything that y'all do for Ur customers!!!

I was over charged for my feet they look bad and have a pedicure that looks unfinished. I could've went home and done a better job on my feet than they did. It's sad they look unfinished. I'm still gonna have to go home and do more to my feet toenails or uneven vibe was to get as much money out of me as possible. I'm a single mother who works winning and trying to make myself feel better and less there in tears feeling worse than when I walked in I want to refund and I deserve one I will never go back and I will never recommend anybody to go there again

I have been coming here since I was a little girl and I love it they always do a great job and get me out in a reasonable amount of time.

Everytime I came after I told her I'm a truck driver she started to do my nails thick even though I asked for her not to...that was kinda okay until my most recent visit where she put 0 effort into my nails. They were done extremely thick, uneven and sloppy! She just rushed through it. It was very sad considering it was a birthday present from my mother-in-law. I will post the pictures of before and after I cut them off to show how thick.

This is my third time going to Fancy Nails and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone in there is kind and they are so friendly to their regulars. Ben did a great job on my nails, first time I’ve ever gotten a first full set. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it perfectly :)Service: Acrylic nails
