Mark the assistant man is very rude he had a attitude towards me and my mother was just giving us a dirty look we stood there waiting for 20 minutes for them to even help us and he told me to email what I needed to them and then never came back. I just walked out I will never be going back there again and I wouldn't recommend no one to go there

I went to this FedEx local Knoxville office to send my son a small box with a medical test in it. He is out of town and needed it the next day. Not only did it take three days to arrive, though I paid $50 for overnight shipping, but the lady packed it in an envelope! Envelope was crushed and destroyed and the medical test kit was crushed as well. This should have been in a box wrapped in bubble wrap. Not good business practice at all!

Fedex says they tried to deliver the package at 9:07 am and no one was present. That is a lie. I was here with both doors open and there was no door tag left. I also have ring cameras and no one came to any door this morning.

I have used this location for almost two years now. I have been super impressed from day one on. After going in the first time for some printing I need for my business, Mark greets me by name whenever I go in. Just the other day during all this Covid stuff, I was having some issues getting a job to them. Mark went above and beyond to make sure what he needed to do to solve my problem and get my printing to me before my deadline. Mark is the reason I continue to use this location even having your competition closer to my work.

I just got my resumes printed from here and the lady was efficient but zero personality it's like the employees enter the FedEx building and then died inside. Really should work on their customer service and smile a little bit more

They do a great job at taking notebooks and spiralizing them. It is so much easier to work with a notebook that lays flat. I have had them do music with plastic covers for under $6. Without covers for less than $5. I have found the employees to be friendly and helpful.

Awful customer service!! The employee I spoke with was super rude!!!! I have a package coming in today and called simply to ask if anyone might know the approximate time of delivery. It requires a signature, so I wanted to make sure I'd be home to sign. I knew it was probably a shot in the dark, so I expected to not really learn anything--but wanted to give it a shot anyway. What I did not expect was how immediately rude the woman I spoke to on the phone was. I told her I had a package coming in and was wondering about the time it might be delivered--she interjects (rude) with an annoyed tone of voice (double rude) saying that I have to go to the website. I explained to her (still very jovial and polite on my end) that I had been to the tracking site and it didn't give me a time of day, only that it would arrive some time today. Again she interjected (triple rude), and in an even more irritated tone (quadruple rude) "I see exactly what you see." At this point I was pretty irritated myself--I knew they might not have my answer and I was fine with that. But how about a little human decency? Just be polite for goodness sake!!! This is why everyone hates FedEx and prefers UPS or USPS!!!!
