I was having a pretty terrible day which could have been exasperated by the fact that I was taking my laptop to ship back to my employer after being laid off. Little did I know that a stranger (Rhea at Fedex) would show me such genuine kindness at a time in which I needed it most. Her customer service was stellar and I'm thankful to have crossed paths with her. Thank you Fedex for employing such an amazing person.

The service was great. Staff was very helpful and the color copy from the self service printer came out perfectly. What I don't like is the $10 hold on a .69 cent charge. Apparently it is to verify the account, but why not $1 like everyone else? At least with that who cares if it's not refunded. $10 I care about!!!

I just would like to thank Miss Jennifer at this location for being so helpful, being so nice and courteous. Honestly, I’ve never sent a fax before and she was there to help accommodate me through it all. She gave such a warm greeting and I receive assistance dead on the spot. That’s another reason why I love coming to this location. Thank you Miss Jennifer

I would give this place 5 stars because of the customer service of Paige and the other lady that is normally there. However, I come in here pretty often and everytime I've come in a lady named Stepheine is always very miserable. I felt compelled to leave a review this time because she ignored me at the print counter as she walked by twice at which time Paige noticed and came over to help me who was very nice. Then as I moved to the shipping counter and was organizing my package Stephenie looks back over her shoulder at me and shakes her head. Either at me or the guy she was helping. I'm not sure but there is no reason to be that miserable with people at your job. Everyone else is great in the several times I've been there. I'd love to change this to a 5 star review if in the future her attitude changes.

Two people behind the counter...very helpful, not just to each customer but to each other as well. Sydnie was the young woman who actually waited on me, and she was friendly, informative and professional. It only took a few minutes to complete my transaction, and I left with a good feeling about the service I received, and the overall positive energy from both of the staff members who offered assistance.

I needed to copy a very large document and have it shrunk to 8.5x11 but still remain high quality. Sydnie was very helpful in figuring out a way to accomplish what I needed. Employees here have always been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed to figure out how to use the self-service options too.
