Great experience here. Staff always friendly and helpful. Enjoy their jobs. Today I was carrying something (not heavy) but large and Rico came running out to help open the door and carry the rest of the way. Give the dude a raise. Thanks guys!!

In and out quickly. Gentlemen that help was from my hometown Hialeah Fl. He was extremely helpful, informed me of my different options to send my package. I was very happy with service. Store is well stocked. All employees seemed nice and store was immaculate. ??

I had a package delivered to the wrong address and came here to try and resolve the issue after the automated customer service line refused to allow me contact with a live person. After explaining the situation to the employee in the store, she looked up my tracking number and told me the package was delivered. After reiterating several times that I know what color my front door is and that it was not the door in the picture on the tracking page, she just kept saying "That's crazy...." as if no delivery driver has ever made a mistake before. In the end, the employee at the counter had no process to resolve the situation, and wasn't even able to provide me with contact info for someone who might be able to help. A company that hires employees so lazy or incompetent that they can't even be bothered to pass the buck deserves to go under.

I have used this center before although it is not convenient to where I live, and usually use self-serve. Today I went there and I made a mistake on the printing of a document. Rico helped me to correct the charge to my account, even though it was very time consuming and the mistake was entirely mine, he was courteous and kept apologizing for the time it took to correct--I was so grateful for his help and in being so polite and professional. The amount of money was not even very much but I was so grateful. I will always be glad to return to this center. The employees have always been helpful and courteous here, but this was above and beyond today. Thanks so much.

Staff unqualified to answer questions. Gave wrong information regarding an international shipment which I acted upon. $460 dollars later, the item that I shipped was returned to me. I was charged $210 to pay for it being sent back to me in addition to the $250 I paid to ship it. The item? A $30 electronic my elderly grandfather requested I send to him as he did not know where to find it. Upon returning to question why my package was not delivered, as I had followed all of the instructions I was given by the staff at this location, the manager proceeded to spend a half hour calling her friend, who is a manager at another location, because "he knows everything he's been with the company forever." He didn't. And neither did she. "Call customer advocacy," she said. "They'll help you," she said. They didn't. To this day I do not have a reason for my package being returned. No one at FedEx could tell me why it was not delivered. I even asked for the reason in writing. Nothing. I filed a charge back with my credit card company, submitted all the information and receipts, and they ruled the case in whose favor? In mine, of course. Because it was ridiculous. FedEx then turned to a collections agency to try and get the money back that the bank already ruled against them to get back. I would rather have given this money to someone in need than to have wasted it here. The staff at this location don't care about their customers, but unfortunately, neither does the entire company. A shame.

This isn’t a bad review against this location. The people working here were very pleasant and professional. However FedEx’s deceptive business practices should be called out. I paid $101 for a envelope to be overnighted to Missoula MT. It was supposed to be there by the next business day by 10:30 local time. It arrived 23.5 hrs late. I asked for a refund. I was denied because they don’t guarantee overnight delivery during peak season. Customer service said because they can’t verify that I was or wasn’t told this at point of service they wouldn’t refund me. Even though I spoke to the rep face to face and he had no idea of the peak season policy. The manger pointed out this tiny sign. So yes I’m not entitled to a refund. However buyer beware, they’re not required to tell you of this policy. Poor form Fedex. You’ve lost a customer.

I have come to this location twice in the past week to return items at the Happy Return bar. Both times that I have come, the exchange service was extremely fast and convenient. Most importantly, I’ve been really pleasantly surprised and impressed at how friendly the employees have been- it really adds a lot to the experience! Keep up the good work!!

I needed business cards last minute and was referred to try here - big mistake. They were unhelpful when I asked for help on their design system in-store. The lady acted like it was an Inconvenience to even ask her for help. Finally figured it out on my own. Came back next day to pick them up and it looked like they were cut by my 7 year old. Whoever cut them was in a rush, they were not straight lines with white showing in certain areas. I had to go home and try to fix them myself. Save your money and use vistaprint!
