I would do all my business printing and copying at Office max.But FedEx Office has more self service coping machines, that are fully stocked with paper clips and more for customers to use for free.

just got a delivery and this is what they did left my package behind my car just drop it and busted one end of the box and just left if my granddaughter didn’t see it it would have been run over when i back up to leave because i wouldn’t be able to see it

The lady who helped me was nice, but I made it very clear that of my four packages, three of them could arrive any time, while one needed express shipping. The three "any time" packages all arrived promptly while the one I needed to be shipped faster is still in transit. I looked at my tracking numbers online and see that she put all packages in as standard shipping time. How hard is this?

I went here twice to drop off a return item with a prepaid shipping label. Both times, the boxes were untaped and the labels not cut out from the printed paper. They offered to do this for me and I was in and out in 30 seconds both times. They were nice both times and I appreciate the swiftness.

I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the store and the professionalism of the staff. Jerry was helpful, pleasant and efficient. This location is better due to Jerry's positive attitude and approach with customers.

I have to say, this is hands down the best FedEx Office in Knoxville!Whenever I need to print something, I head straight to this particular office because they consistently provide fast service and the highest quality prints.What sets this place apart is the incredible team.Every time I walk in, they greet me by name, and it never fails to bring a smile to my face.I want to extend a special thank you to one lady in particular, Cheryll. She’s always incredibly proactive and has been a tremendous help in choosing the right format for my magazine for Antint Lore Village.Cheryll seems to know exactly what I need without requiring lengthy explanations. Her expertise and efficiency are truly impressive.I firmly believe that employees are the heart of any company, especially those who interact directly with customers.That’s why it’s crucial to treat them well because their mood and attitude have a direct impact on ours as customers.Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional service. Great service with a smile ! I did not have to wait too long ( Max 5 - 6 minutes ) and Jerry was very welcoming and warm and eager to assist. I did not know how to fit well my laptop, in the specified FedEx supplied Box and he said he will take care and we went about closing the transaction...it was quick and I did not see any issues. Parking space was available and it was not difficult. Thanks Jerry for making one thing easy on a busy day : )

My challenge was to convert a passport photograph into a digital image for an electronic visa. Lindar explained what FedEx could do and then created the files I successfully submitted. Without Lindar's excellent, professional help I wouldn't be traveling this year!
