I have never once had a bad experience here. Everyone has been so kind and respectful. The job has always been done well. Everyone has been very accommodating and helpful. I’ve been here multiple times for various reasons and never once have I been given a reason to even think about shopping anywhere else.

I needed some maintenance work done to my truck. I spoke to John N the manager about other concerns I had with the vehicle. John assured me he would check over my truck and give me a list of any other issues he thought should be repaired. He was very thorough and assured me the repairs could be finished in a timely manner. I would recommend using this Firestone and John for all your vehicle repairs.

I went in yesterday to get my front tires replaced as they were way passed due. When asked if I just want “middle of the road” tires I said I wanted “whatever is cheapest” because I am a broke college student. Although I can’t confirm 100%, I do believe he gave me more expensive tires than the cheapest because his quote did not match the price I saw on their website the day before. They did a good job replacing the tires and balancing them as my car was driving noticeably better after their service.However, my main issue is that after driving around for a couple hours I noticed the hood of my car was popped open on the drivers side. I tried to push it down but it would not budge. So I popped the hood and tried shutting it again, still the left side was popped open. I take a look on the engine bay to see if anything is wrong and I notice the air filter just sitting on top of my fuse box, preventing the hood from being shut on the left side. This type of negligence is very concerning to me. How can I trust Firestone to do critical work on my car when they can’t even replace the air filter that they took out or notice that my hood isn’t fully shut?Not to mention, while I was waiting for service I overheard someone else call and say that after an oil change they didn’t provide a mileage sticker or turn off their oil light. I mentioned this to my Dad who said that they left the cap off of my sister’s brake fluid after she received service there. This trend of small oversights makes me very hesitant to return to Firestone in the future.Service: Tires

When these places tell you they can fix your brakes. They don't mean repair, they only mean maintainence, you know, the simple things, when it gets into the booster or proportioning valve, then it's to mechanical for them to get into. But they damn sure will charge you 2 arms and a leg to "fix" your brakes only to leave in the same shape you were in. In the first place. So make sure you know what you're getting into with these legal robbers!.

Awful experience. I called yesterday to get an appointment to have a tire looked at that keeps going low. I was asked tire size make and model and gave all appropriate information. I asked how long it may take as I have 2 small kids and was told 30 minutes to get in and then 10 minutes to fix tire.I came in today and they told me I had a nail in a different tire (not the one I was coming in for). They said the tire I had a problem with has low tread and needs to be changed as well but is not leaking and that my tire sensor is just off.I don't have a lot of extra money so opted to just change the one with the nail ( as I was under the impression it was the one that was leaking). Waited over an hour for the tire to get to the shop as it had to come from a different location (not sure why i gave the tire information yesterday if they werent going to makw sure they had some for the job.When I put my kids in the car I see that the tire I came in for to begin with was still low. I had to get my kids back out of the car and go back in. The guy filled up my tire with air and I explained that I came in for the tire to begin with and was told it wasn't leaking and that my sensor was wrong.He said " let me explain something to you" in a rude tone. Told me he didn't see any puncture in the tire and even if he did he couldn't do anything about it. He then proceeded to tell me " just save some money and get a new tire"Service was rude . I left in tears as the problem I came in for was not fixed. I feel like they didn't even look at the tire I came in for .Will not be going here again and would not recommend this shop to anyone.Service: Tires

They took great care of me and got all four tires replaced and a wheel alignment done in reasonable time. I will definitely continue to use them for automotive needs

They have always been not only good to my but also my children. They’ve worked to fit us in at last minute never hateful or made us feel like we were a burden in any way. We go to three different locations in the Knoxville area and each one has great staff and helps with all our needs

I wish I could give 0.. My mother is about to turn 80. She has used this facility, over a decade. You took advantage of her age, and gender. Since she asked, I started looking over things. "Suggested" maintenance, she took your word for etc. Services she paid for, didn't occur. Some factory bolts are marked, couldn't have been removed, and realigned, some other things observed, gasket materials, it is PAINFULLY obvious, service not rendered. You have put "up sale" over actual need. I am 100% certain, beyond the shadow of a doubt, she has been charged for service that NEVER happened. Hope your bonuses were worth it.
