So because of Covid they have deposit and withdrawal slips waiting outside for you to fill out. I sat in the drive thru filling out the slip, only to have them close while I was doing it. I have a lot of money going here. Since the customer service is so ridiculously unhelpful, I will being moving my account elsewhere. This is the biggest joke of a bank I’ve ever seen.

Always some kind of trouble. I will be finding a new bank I’ve dealt with them since I was 16 and I’m tired of it. If it’s not one thing it’s another. Also very rude customer service!

I have been using this Branch for 20 years. I can't recall ever having any issues. Of course during very busy peak times the tellers maybe short in order to move on to the next customer quickly but if you are the next customer in line you appreciate this.

Was in town on the set making a movie and the female teller with the glasses was extremely rude, I wish I knew what her name was so I could sue her. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. NEVER!!! Heading out to Los Angeles next month anyway

I have been a customer of first Tennessee Bank for five years, I go in today needing to cash my payroll check and the clerk flat out refused to cash my check. The teller behind the counter was unfriendly and I feel punitive and provided no reason for the refusal. I went To the branch in Bearden and they cashed the check no problem. Thanks for making me late to my appointment

I went in needed very specific information for a failed fb transaction on a closed account .One of the account managers refused to write my information on a letterhead after me asking her kindly numerous time and advising her the paper she gave me would not be sufficient. I had to go to a seperate branch to recieve the documentation I needed in a timely manner in order to recieve my missappropriated funds. Her ignorance and refusal to help assist me almost costed me 75 dollars. Luckily the downtown branch was competent and kind enough to help.

First Tennessee Bank is one of the worst banks I've done business with. The staff is courteous and professional but that's the only positive thing I have to say about this bank. Their online system is not the most reliable though it has gotten somewhat better in the last year. But doing things online like adding an outside account for transfers is next to impossible. Their system just does not do what it's supposed to do. I'm currently trying to add an outside account and on my 3rd attempt this week. This bank just seems to be much slower electronically than the rest of the world. Looking for help in their FAQ's is no help. They're written for idiots of something. We've had errors by the bank in deposit amounts that have resulted in real headaches and much work on our end to get them resolved. All of this and they still charge us a monthly fee for the pleasure of dealing with all of this. Things just seem to be a real pain to get done with this bank sometimes. We're now looking around at other local banks to move all of our accounts to when we have time.

Never been treated very kindly here. The staff isn't mean necessarily, but they don't really smile or make you feel happy to bank with First Tennessee. Also, inconsistent policies make banking here frustrating.
