I WILL NEVER USE FIRST HORIZON EVER AGAIN!!!! I have had nothing but problems out of them ever sense i opened my account. I was told that i could add my husband to my account as long as he had a passport from hia country because we are waiting on his greencard that has already been approved. They said that it was okay.. then 2 weeks later they called n said they needed another form of ID such as an ITIN . So we paid 260 to do his taxes and get a new ITIN. THEY HAD HIM SIGN AN ITIN PAPER AND NOW THATS STILL NOT ENOUGH and they are closing my account.

This branch has really gone down hill. Ever since it was robbed. When they started changing people around I guess that's when it started. Shame on you for disrupting the excellante service they gave their customers!!!!!!! I hate going in that branch now. ( cedar Bluff)

Ive been with First Horizon for many years..I have always been treated great UNTIL the last month or so when the staff changed. Today was awful...one teller I had 3 transactions and a car was at the drive through. ...a lady got up from her desk walked over and told the person in the car she only had one teller. OMG poor customer service!!! She should have taken care of the customer. I wanted to wrap the big red braid around her lazy neck!

Beware beware beware! Do not open an account at this bank or this location as they do not care about you as a customer unless you have hundreds of thousands of dollars on deposit. I decided to get First Horizon a second chance and that was a major mistake on my part. I will be closing this account and moving my business to Pinnacle Bank where I should’ve opened it up in the first place.

Pretty new to the bank. Some of the workers are very nice, but others leave a very bad taste by being snappy and unhelpful. Yesterday online services were down, so we went in person to the drivethru window today. We came from dealing with a very ill relative. No one said anything to us. When we pressed the call buzzer a woman snapped at us loudly that there were customers inside! She could've just told us she would be with us in a moment. The employee at Kingston pike just flat out refused to help us since our accounts are with Cedar Bluff. We may switch banks. Especially after hearing about the cyber attack and in person robberies??

The crew at First Horizon Cedar Bluff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. If you go there regularly, they will know your name and greet you personally. They have helped me with some complicated account issues, and have gone the extra mile in getting my banking needs met.

The people at First Tennessee Bank Cedar Bluff have been taking care of me for years. They are cordial, patient, and very helpful. I find it hard to believe someone would find their service to be anything but 5 stars. I'm a customer for life !

I cannot say enough good things about this branch. I have used many different Banks and visited other locations and have yet to experience the level of customer service and care as I do with the employees here. All the employees are genuine and efficient and I will not take my business ANYWHERE else.

PLEASE change your hours!! Google AND Facebook say you're open until 5pm but apparently it is 4pm??? This bank has got to be the most inconvenient I've ever dealt with.
