I’ve been working out at Hardin Valley FT for over a year constantly now and I’ve never stuck with working out this long. I feel confident and physically better than I’ve ever felt. I absolutely LOVE my trainers-Shea, Margeaux, and Juan!!! Their knowledge is impressive and they’re always just fun to hang out with and sweat for a little bit. I never dread working out. They always encourage me and help me even when I don’t believe I can do it! They are CONSTANTLY challenging my body and I definitely see and feel the results. They’re also wonderful about modifying for injuries and making sure you aren’t hurting where your injury is. I love having a specific workout tailored to my goals and ability. I’ve never felt judged and truly feel like they’re extended family. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Trainers are awesome! I have lost some needed weight but more importantly I have gained stamina and toned. I’ve made more progress than I ever dreamed I could!

After getting permission from my PCP to start working with a personal trainer, I decided to go with Fitness Together in Hardin Valley. I'm about 4 weeks in and it has been an amazing experience. The support from the staff, encouraging emails and the extra PUSH to believe in myself just can't be put into words! For anyone looking to work with a personal trainer. Fitness Together bis Fantastic! Thank you Colton for believing in me!

I highly recommend the trainers at Fitness Together Hardin Valley! I have been training there for a few months and have been very impressed with the level of knowledge from the trainers and the positive atmosphere. I always leave sessions feeling stronger and motivated. It is completely worth the investment!

I had lots of injuries over a couple of years that kept me feeling uncomfortable to try to get back in the game. I wasn’t an athlete, just a normal, older person with bad knees trying to restore movement and mobility. The team at Fitness Together listened to all my needs, all my concerns. They built a plan for me! I did one-on-one sessions for a while until I gained confidence. After a while, I chose to move to the PACK sessions where I am teamed up with 2-3 other people. The trainer has a workout that is fully adjustable to each person in PACK. It’s a fun environment where we all encourage each other. I highly recommend! Whether one-on-one or pack. Fitness Together has been life changing for me

I’ve been going to Fitness Together since 11/2020. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shea and Juan. Both are incredible trainers. I actually look forward to working out because of the relationships I’ve built here. Highly recommend.

When I first drove by Fitness Together Hardin Valley location back in 2019 their A-frame sign is what initially captured my attention. It said "I CAME FOR THE TRAINING. I STAYED FOR THE RESULTS" Fast forward to 2023, I am still working out at Fitness Together. Yes, I stayed for the results! Have had the pleasure to work out with a few of their trainers and must say it has been nothing less than an incredible journey and experience. Their level of expertise and exceptional friendly customer service is unmatched. I had knee pain among other restrictions when I started yet Shea's level of knowledge & expertise enabled her to work with my weaknesses and has turned them into strengths. I no longer feel pain in my knees when going up or down the stairs, and not only have I lost over 25 pounds, I feel so much stronger & energetic. We are not just another number, they actually care for their customers' success and well being. Needless to say, I highly recommend Fitness Together.

I have been a client at FT HV on and off for about 10 years! I keep coming back because I love the one on one attention, which helps me stay focused on my goals. I am currently training with Colton, who is fantastic! He creates challenging programs and is encouraging! Being an athlete, he knows how to push me (a former athlete, myself) to new levels of success. Working with Colton, I am motivated and I am seeing GREAT results! Thanks, Shea, Colton and FT HV!

I completed a personal training package at FT Hardin Valley with Josh and Andrew. I was looking to get more confidence in the gym and improve chronic back pain. They both exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them as trainers to anyone. They are responsive and creative in their approach, and you won’t get bored. Highly recommend!

I have went to FT on and off for several years. Over the past 3 years I have had several injuries, broken hip x2 & knee x1. At 54 yo I thought my working out days were over, Fortunately I found Andrew and he has proved me wrong. He listened to my concerns and understood my limitations, developed a program that works for me. He's very energetic and pushes me to achieve goals I set for myself, some I actually assumed I wouldn't be able to achieve. So no matter your age or limitations it's never wrong to get moving and put in the effort, you may surprised yourself. I do recommend Fitness Together regardless of your situation, I'm sure they can help.

I’m going into my 3rd week of training and I am loving it! Trainers are AMAZING and the one on one sessions you just can’t beat. I am feeling the changes in my body daily and am so excited about this new healthy version of me that’s happening. ❤️ ? ❤️

After a not great experience with a large adult fitness class (and subsequent injury), attempts at various other service providers (telling the instructors I needed alternate directions for any floor core work because of lower back issues - and they promised to, but never did - and I was to shy to ask again), and years of on again/off again fitness spurts using DVDs, I called and booked the free assessment.You know it's different and you know it's better when you walk in the door.The assessment was humbling, but there was no judgement; just someone who looked at me and said it would be better and it would get easier.I bought the smallest package of sessions, fully 100% expecting to hate it (I was an equal opportunity exercise hater). I figured I would give it a good try until the first reassessment, have proof that even this doesn't work, and go back to my hate-relationship with exercise and my pandemic-pounds gained.I wasn't starting at zero; I was starting at less than zero.It was hard and humbling, but just the presence of my trainer make me push harder than I EVER would alone.Even before the first reassessment, I could start to see a difference; I was faster. I was not as out of breath. I was lifting heavier weightsAnd...shocking to me...I don't hate it. I don't even dread it. I even kind of look forward to it.And, even more shocking, I actually have more energy. I would always hear people say that, but I imagined something major, like running a 5k or something when you would never have even done that before (like when the medication says do not operate heavy machinery and I always imagine a bulldozer and not a car, which is what they are probably talking about).But, it's true. I'm not as dog-sleepy-tired. I am starting to wake up before my alarm. I'm not running a marathon, but I do feel like a better version of me.I am mid-40s, work full time, blah blah blah.If this has improved my life when I was mentally convinced it would not, it can surely do wonders for yours!

If you are looking for a place to help you achieve your fitness goals this is the place! I train with Josh and Andrew, they are both amazing! I’m someone who doesn’t enjoy working out but Josh and Andrew have kept the workouts fun and engaging. I truly enjoy working out and I reaching my goals that set for myself! You should check out fitness together you won’t regret it!
