Been sitting here for over an hour and 15 minutes. EVERYONE that was here when I got here has been seen and are gone. Five or six people that came in after me have been seen. When I asked if they have forgotten about me, I was told they just took my chart. Then 3 others that got here after me have been taken back.

Watch out if you are paying out of pocket where you haven't met your high deductible! The website reads that this facility is for people paying out of pocket (no insurance or high deductible). They also take insurance patients. When registering, they just ask for your drivers license and insurance card. I went there thinking I was getting a discount CT, but they ran it through with my insurance, NEVER indicating to me that it was a regular CT. I got stuck with a much higher bill! I still haven't met my deductible. The business office won't work with me on this. This is like a bait and switch where they advertise one thing and deliver something else! Never again for me. Buyer beware!!

Wonderful experience. I have insurance with a high deductible and upon the registration asking for my insurance card, I made sure that I let the staff know that I wanted to receive information on their discounted imaging and go that route instead. They were very helpful. No hassle. No one is a mind reader and can't be assumed that you are insurance or not So being upfront and clear about what you are needing and any questions you have always helps. Discounted imaging is a such a blessing for all who need it in this area. And if you have insurance, it is also a great place to go!

Came in here for an updated xray of my ankle. The staff was very friendly- very fast service, nice and clean facility. Also, Didn't have to wait too long to get back and get my xray done. Not busy at all. Quiet place- Would definetly recommend-
