This is our 2nd time using Fox Moving & Storage! Tyler, Robbie, and Austin were awesome! Those guys do not mess around! They use every second hustling! They communicate during the whole process to make sure everything gets to its rightful place! I will only use Fox Moving & Storage for all our moving needs! You would be wise to do the same!!!

Honestly, I was having a difficult time with this move. But DeSean, Queston and Corey made my life so much easier. They were professional, friendly and did an absolutely amazing job. Being around them made me feel so much better. What a wonderful crew!

Our delivery team was Tyler, John and Martin. They moved an entire apartment's worth of furniture and boxes up three flights of stairs; and took incredible care of everything. They worked fast and were professional, friendly and easy-going. We could not have asked for a better experience; and will definitely use them next time we move and will recommend Fox, and this team specifically, to family and friends.

We had such a great experience with Fox Moving and Storage, I can't recommend them enough! We had to switch our moving date multiple times due to issues with our rental, and then upon arriving needed to switch our delivery to a different location due to our rental being unlivable. Danielle and the team of movers were BEYOND helpful with all of our changes, they were always able to accommodate our changes in dates and the change in location. All of our belonging were moved from Knoxville to Mississippi with no damages. They made our move less stressful and were so helpful.

We had Fox move us from our old house to the new one and I just can’t recommend them enough! The guys did a great job they are all so nice, they got everything loaded so quickly and got everything unloaded quickly too. Just over all 20/10 we will definitely use them again!

Fox Moving & Storage has been our ‘go to’ moving company for over 3 years. They are always professional and take the best care of our property.Our most recent experience - with KC, Mickey, Brandon & Cal Jr - was 100%. They were so friendly and took extra care of our families heirloom pieces.We highly recommend them to all.

We used Fox Moving and Storage for our Business move in town. The move was by no means easy, but the crew of Corey, Tyler, Kenny, Desean, and Dante worked quickly and efficiently. They took great care in moving everything, and we couldn't be happier with the job they did.

I had three on my moving crew. They were all warm and friendly! KC, Cal, and Rob made sure we were happy with the outcome of the move, and they offered some advice on positioning difficult items. My wife and I were indecisive about where to place a few large pieces, and the guys moved a couple of those multiple times for us, and said “no problem” with a smile.

I can't say enough about Fox moving, the 3 gentlemen, Btandon, Austin and Robbie that came to move us, we're professional, kind, they made quick work of packing the truck no damage to any items. When we move to our forever home, Fox moving and storage is definitely our company to call. I can't thank you enough, but THANK YOU!! Shout out to Sandy in the office also..

I have used them 2 times in a year and I would recommend them to anyone. They treat your belongings with the utmost care.They work carefully and quickly. I am still amazed at how fast they are. They could have taken much longer to get more money out of their clients but they do not. Fox movers are the absolute best!

I used Fox for two moves this spring, and had completely different experiences. Danielle booked both. The first was a house move out of state. It was priced as a flat fee, which was reasonable. That team (I believe Donte was the team lead of that team) worked fast and carefully, and generally did a great job. I had also booked them for my daughter’s move, which was much smaller, and based on the great experience with the first move, added some additional items and a trip to our storage unit. The second team (team leader was Micah), moved at a snail’s pace. The leader spent a lot of time on his phone, and one guy mentioned that he had hurt his ankle and was having a hard time getting around. There was a lot of standing around, and a lot of breaks. Even in driving, we left at the same time and I waited for quite a while at the destination, which was only a few miles away, before they got there. The bill I was given at the end of the day was more than 3 times what was quoted. I expected it to be a bit more, since I added to the original quote, but it should not have been that high. When I complained, the team lead was rude, and threatened to leave with some of my daughter’s items still in truck. I called and spoke to Michelle since Danielle was reportedly out that day, explaining I thought I was being overcharged, and that - objectively - it should not have taken the second team significantly more time (actual load and unload time, not driving) to move less stuff than the first team. Her response was that “all teams are not created equal.” This indicated to me that, as a business, they are aware that they send their efficient teams for flat fee jobs, and the lackadaisical workers to the hourly ones, and allow that to be acceptable to them, so the customer’s problem. I was eventually given a 5% discount, but I still ended up paying 3 times the original quote, and double what it should have been. I emailed Danielle about the issues the following week, as she had been my point of contact - not only the cost, but having to redo some of what they did - ie, stacking heavy things on top of light weight boxes, leaving some items at the wrong place, etc. They also put my daughter’s bed together wrong, and she had to disassemble and reassemble it. I received no response from Danielle whatsoever. Based on these experiences, I would not use them again. If you do, I would suggest you only do so for a flat fee move.

A professional, friendly organization from start to finish. Danielle radiates warmth. She will charm you with her hybrid Aussie/Tennessee accent. You will quickly find yourself dealing with a highly competent, knowledgeable individual in full charge of her domain. She will quickly dispatch a team member to work up a fair quote with a detailed explanation. Were they the cheapest quote? No. Were they the most expensive? No, they weren't that either. What they were was reasonable, fair and honest. Our move was not the easiest either. So much stuff, lugged down a long hallway to an elevator, down to a crammed parking lot - then a 500 mile drive. The truck only contained our stuff. We didn't share the truck or crew with any other families. Dante led our crew. I didn't get to meet all the packers, but they did an excellent job. Not one item was broken. Dante and Corey were the crew to drive and unload. They are ninjas! They maneuvred big, heavy furniture like the pros that they are. They put together a very intricate king size bed unit that would have made other grown men cry. (After disassembling it to lug & load.) They were finished in about 3 hours. They placed the furniture where we wanted it and the boxes where we could easily get to them to unpack. They were friendly, respectful and patient the entire time. Great guys! Fox Moving and Storage is an excellent company. They treat you like you matter and they truly value your business. Just a GREAT experience!

I need to start by saying the movers that moved our things were great. Very fast, careful, and professional. However, the management of the company is difficult.We booked our move for a 2 bedroom apartment within town about a month ago and received confirmation from Danielle that work would begin between 9am and 10am on Friday, June 23rd. On Friday morning, we had not received a call or email regarding when movers would arrive. So, I called at 10:15, Danielle answered, and I explained that we had a move scheduled and was wondering when we could expect them to arrive. I was put on hold for several minutes and then she told me they were a crew short, so they could try to get us moved that afternoon or first thing Saturday. Given that I booked the move a month in advance, I was extremely disappointed and stressed that now, the move may or may not happen. Additionally, I don't understand why they didn't call first thing in the morning if they knew they were a crew short and would need to move jobs around. The only answer that makes sense is that they lost our reservation, didn't realize until I called, and were now lying to me to save face.I told Danielle that I would strongly prefer to be moved that afternoon, if possible. A little while later, she called me back and asked to do inventory, which is something my roommate and I had already done, contributing to my thinking they lost our reservation and were lying to us. The whole time she did inventory of our belongings, she's complaining about someone who no longer works at Fox, saying everything he booked is a mess. I let her know that she was the one who booked us, and I have a confirmation email from her, dated a month ago. Again, trying to save face by blaming someone no longer at the company.At one point, I asked if we could move the minimum time commitment from 3 hours to 2 because they were late and it was a smaller move. Danielle jumped down my throat and berated me for asking for a discount. She offered a 5% discount and I told her that there wasn't a point to 5% since it would equate to about $40-$50. She then accused me of trying to "take advantage of a situation" and "push the envelope", repeatedly asking "Do you want to be moved today or not?" Amidst her scolding me, she ended up offering a 10% discount, but with how rude she was, I was still upset. I explained that I didn't need to be yelled at, and told her to have a nice day. I heard her slam the phone.Overall, my experience with Danielle made my moving experience way more stressful than it needed to be, regardless of how great the movers who actually performed the work were. I do not need to pay a company upwards of $700 for an in-town, simple move to be yelled at for asking for a discount to compensate their mistakes.I ended up asking the crew if Fox was down a crew that day unexpectedly. They told me they were not (they were not aware of the details of the situation with Danielle). Danielle spent her morning yelling at and lying to a customer. We will not hire this company in the future due to her lack of customer service.

Danielle at Fox Moving and Storage and the Fox Moving team of Drivers/Movers: Mickey, Brandon M, and Movers: Tametrius, Brandon, and Austin were really great to work with. They were prompt, professional, courteous, communicated well, listened and addressed all my questions, and executed the assigned job very well without incident. They knew exactly how to tackle a large amount of furniture and load the trucks with precision. There was not a single piece of furniture they could not handle; and we have some very heavy and large pieces of furniture. I highly recommend Fox Moving and Storage for your next move.
