There are a variety of coffee drinks to choose from and the food is high quality. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I ordered the charcuterie board and it was tasty. There were so many menu items I wanted to try so I'll have to make another visit. Friendly service and I loved the vibe.

I might have gone on an off day, but my chai latte just tasted like milk with a *hint* of cinnamon. We waited about 30 minutes for our to-go drinks (4). They were probably short-staffed but our experience was pretty sub par on a Saturday morning.

How are you a coffee place and you don't have wi-fi? Makes no sense. Came here to finish up some work and they informed me that they don't have wi-fi, I've never been to a coffee spot that doesn't have wi-fi. Chocolate Crossaint was good though.

Maybe I'm spoiled because I live within walking distance of the original Frothy Monkey in 12South Nashville. There, the coffee, breakfast, and service is always top notch.At the Knoxville Frothy Monkey on Gay Street, sadly, that's not the case.On a Sunday morning, early, I stopped in for a latte and breakfast. Even there were only three other tables of people eating, the service was spotty, and that's being kind. When my food arrived, the scrambled eggs and toast were ice cold. The latte was lukewarm.If you look, there's always signs if a coffee shop or restaurant it well run. There were flyers still up from the Valentine's promotion 10 days ago. Tables upstairs hadn't been bussed from yesterday. I know that because I arrived shortly after opening and no one was sitting upstairs.Maybe it was a bad morning but I think more likely it's poor and complacent management and that's a shame. I don't think I'll return.

Went for the valentines 3 course dinner, loved the experience also my husband and I liked the pricing for the amount you get. I feel like it was a good price range. Enjoyed each course and were stuffed! Also love coming here for coffees and pastries on the weekend.

The staff was extremely unwelcoming and rude. My friend and I came in to order a coffee and study. We asked where to sit, and the host seemed annoyed. The internet was spotty and I hardly had any service. Would not recommend for studying, maybe dine in.

the WORST service i have ever had a restaurant in my entire life. my friend and i went to get brunch after walking around the farmers market this past saturday, feb 3rd. we put our names on the waitlist and got a text when it was ready, so we know exactly how long we waited for things inside. our server, rita, came over and poured our waters. they have small cups, so i had drank the whole thing before she came back to take our drink and food order. we order our food and my friend ordered an aperol spritz. i told her to come back to me for my drink order. the food runner brought out our food immediately, maybe five minutes after ordering. rita NEVER came back. we waited ten minutes after our food arrived until my friend got up to get us hot sauce, salt and pepper from the bar. by then it was cold, and i'm not sure if that's because we waited so long or because the food had already been made before we ordered it. i still needed to put my drink order in, and i still didn't have water. someone got me water after about 20 minutes of finishing it. eventually another server came over and took my drink and togo order. this server didn't introduce herself and didn't say she'd be taking care of us for the rest of our meal, so we were so confused as to why Rita was still serving the two tables around us, just not us. that server also never came back. we asked the host for the manager after being there for over an hour. we told him about how our server just never came back. i asked if she had switched tables with the other server, and he didn't know, because he never went to her and asked if she had any idea of why we'd be upset. he comped our food (i just got a muffin and a side of eggs, she got an $11 entree) and was very apologetic. but he never said it would never happen again, or that he'd talk to her, or that he'd get to the bottom of it, or anything. just said "i'm so sorry" a lot. i read a similar yelp review about customers getting up to get their own condiments, which was posted three months ago. that tells me that when something like this happens, they just say sorry and brush it off instead of fixing the problem. we both have worked in the restaurant industry for years and understand people have off days, but this was not that. she was talking to her friends and polishing silverware, she didn't seem upset, and it wasn't busy there, so there was no reason for any of it to have happened. it was very disappointing, and the manager didn't make us feel any better. still ended up dropping 30 bucks on just drinks, which was more than our food anyways.

Great Latte served by friendly and knowledgeable folks. Cool vibe in an urban setting on Gay Street. Food and all types of beverages offered as well. This is a perfect place for conversations and meals.
