“I recently lost my beautiful mother and Gentry Griffey was absolutely wonderful. I was nervous about the process since I had never gone through it before, but Dylan was such a calming force and everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make it as pleasant of an experience as possible. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend them.”

“My family and I used Click Funeral Home to view and cremated my father at the beginning of June. This funeral home was recommended by our church, and after a lot of research, we decided to go with Click. Taylor and her apprentice were nothing but kind and supportive of our family during this, even with some unforeseeable things that happened. I will admit it's been a little hard for my family to contact them after the viewing and cremation. Both my mother and I reached out for some resources after his cremation and it's been difficult to get a response or a call back.
However, that still won't affect my rating because both my mom and I understand it's the summer and people get busy and forget to call back. Plus, while we were struggling a little to navigate after the fact, they did a fantastic job for what we paid them for - a viewing and a cremation. The actual viewing was very lovely, and we used the Middlebrook location, which was very nice. Plus, Taylor met us with where we were at, regarding our price and needs. And after calling a LOT of funeral homes in the area, Click actually worked with us both price wise and so that we could just have an intimate viewing, which was thoughtful and is what my Dad would have wanted.
I would highly recommend this funeral home, and if you're look at the reviews and are wondering why it's a 4.4, my mom and I noticed that the only bad reviews were from the same family from several years ago, who left multiple reviews to lower their stars. Every other review we read was glowing, and like I said, our church highly recommended them. Plus, they have a great score with the BBB. They're really a great funeral home with some awesome ladies, who truly care about their work.
Going through the loss of a loved one can be really hard and scary, especially for that first week, but we were thankful to Click for the kindness they showed us.
Thank you again, Click, for all that you did to help us with this difficult experience.”
“We appreciate the staff at Bridges Funeral Home. They were very helpful in sending us their itemized list for funerals. This helped us prepare for the unfortunate event. We were able to ask them questions that pertained to the burial and they always took their time and answered each one. They were very hospitable and kind. Many emails and phone calls and text were used after we left the facility to make sure everything was as the family wanted. We appreciate their business, and how efficiently it was run . thank you for giving us comfort and helping the process be so easy. You blessed our family with peacefulness on her entrance to heaven. May you and your staff have many blessings.”
“The team at Berry Funeral Home provided a heartfelt level of compassion at a time of intense sorrow. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did to help me get my father from Ohio back home to his final resting place in Tennessee.”
