Nice store, a little higher on their prices, but a good selection of guns. The staff was friendly. I will stop in again when I am in the area.

They always help me when I come in but this is 3-4 time they are not open when they are supposed to. Associates are in the store and leave it closed at 1130 they were supposed to open at 11.

I've been inside two GameStop's. One in South Knoxville and Powell. The clerks behind the counter have been friendly and knowledgeable. But I absolutely cannot get the GameStop app to work. I've consulted numerous clerks and the help number three times and I still cannot sign into the app. Very disappointing.
