I've been inside two GameStop's. One in South Knoxville and Powell. The clerks behind the counter have been friendly and knowledgeable. But I absolutely cannot get the GameStop app to work. I've consulted numerous clerks and the help number three times and I still cannot sign into the app. Very disappointing.

It's easy to buy something from there, but if you have to return something even with the receipt due to items not working, you will get harassed about it.

Bunch of children who don’t know what they’re doing and management to match. Preordered Diablo 4 a week before it came out and was told I couldn’t get the bonuses with it then because I had to wait until release day. Release day comes around and I go first thing they open only to be told they have no more because they gave them out when you preordered. Now I’m out a steelbook and poster because GameStop is a joke of a business and I won’t be dealing with them again. I’ll stick to my Best Buy preorders.

don’t waste your time with this location especially if you’re doing preorders with bonus bundles because the employees just keep them for themselves and tell you that they’re out. I preordered and was told i couldn’t receive the bonuses until release day (even though everywhere else was) came back on release day and was the first customer in the door and somehow they are out of them. Terrible business practices and customer service.

The Playstation 4 that we have purchased was advertised as a 1tb when it only has 250gb to use on top of that it is refusing to download anything quickly I hope for an explanation or a better system to use that's not right to take money on false pretenses

I've made two trips to Gamestop in the past 4 days. The employee that helped me with a purchase two days ago was also working today. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items I was looking for on both visits. The trip to Gamestop was great, the employee was very kind, helpful and didn't try and rush me. She answered all my questions and helped locate items I wanted. Overall good experience. My thanks to her.
