went to trade in items to upgrade to a switch 2 today, I know GameStop employees get bad wraps - because usually (in my experience) they aren’t friendly or helpful. anyways, the 3 gentleman in today (1/9/26) were great. appreciate your guys’ help :) see ya again soon!

Went there today to get some pokemon cards. U fortunately they were all out. Either way, the employee was very nice and even let me know of the upcoming drops for the new sets! Very friendly and easy to talk to 😁
