The employees decided despite having 2 of them working, to only have one register open that was being held up while they made a bunch of phone calls to other stores that weren't answering. 15 minutes I stood there before finally asking them to open another register so the rest of the line could get checked out. They seemed incredibly put out by this request, but finally began checking other customers out. (They were still on the phone waiting for other stores to answer by the time we got checked out. Would have still been standing in line had I not requested they open another register.) C'mon GameStop, do better.

The place needs cleaning up! Prices are high, especially for children ( for parents ?).

My son has had a major stroke that affected his cognitive abilities, we have been to 2 different gamestops and they always treat him well taking the time needed to communicate with with him!!

Worst store ever they have terrible customer service door is always locked when their suppose to be opened there is a dude that works there named Isaiah who is very rude everytime I go there I will not be going to that store ever again yall blew store needs to be shut down until better workers are placed

I showed at at 10am today November 18 2023 to make a purchase. Store was locked up. Waited for 20 minutes before anyone showed up to open. They went inside and locked back up and did not open. I waited 10 more minutes and then left. In those 30 minutes at least 5 more possible customers showed up, check the door, got back in their car and left. I ended up making my purchase from Amazon for the same price. I am glad I had not made an online purchase with GameStop for store pickup so I could take my business elsewhere. This was my last attempt at a purchase at GameStop and when their corporate bankruptcy comes I will not be surprised as it is hard to have a business when you do not open for your potential (now lost) customers.

I got here at opening time 10am on a Saturday and there have been multiple people turned away from getting into GameStop because no one was in there; however, the lights were on and the tvs were on, so shouldn’t someone be in there?

Very nice employees willing to work with customers and the questions they come in with. I came by GameStop to buy PS5 so there were so many disappointed customers who did not get the chance to purchase actual console but the manager and workers interacted the customers leaving everyone visibly pleased despite the disappointment.

this store is very small, very limited stock. Never have what i need always end up going to Lenoir city location. The associates in the store are not helpful many of the time they're on their phone and don't engage with customers. Overall very unpleasant experience.
