Called Northshore in Knoxville, TN. Attempted to order a pizza. Internet was busy would not accept order..(not unusual) Manager pickup the phone identify myself, informed him I had rewards membership. Was told either order pizza on line or go somewhere else. I went somewhere else.

I was accosted by drug addled customers as well as the employee at the register at 1am. DONT GO THERE AFTER MIDNIGHT. ITS DANGEROUS. I will be filing reports with corporate and the police.

Stopped in on a Sunday with no food available on the grill. I understand your putting in a new kitchen but serve people until then! Your losing my business and a lot of other people's.
