For a place that relies on donations, they sure don’t make it easy to donate. What the heck. I guess they close at 5 PM on Sundays… And I pulled up right at 5 PM and tried to hand them 2 big bags of clothes, and some guy with glasses said they couldn’t take it because they were closed. Cringe. These were all really nice and gently used name brand things, but I will be donating to Karm now instead. Sorry, people are busy and they need to accept donations when they are readily available, rather than just on their own time frame. At the bare minimum, they should have a big metal donation box outside like many other places do

Honestly, probably the best Goodwill in Knoxville. Don’t tell anyone otherwise everyone will start coming here.

Put a 2pc outfit on the counter to buy that was hung up together. It had one pink barb on the pants. I was told their boss won’t let them sell anything as a set anymore. And now you have to buy each item separately.

I do not agree with Goodwill taking "free" items and pricing them so high for resale. I've heard many of their employees talk about the low pay and poor treatment they receive. I do not donate to Goodwill. I find folks in need and give to them instead of Goodwill.

Over priced thrift store some of the items they are trying to sell should have been thrown away. You can buy new stuff cheaper at Walmart or Dollar Tree.

STOP ORGANIZING BY COLOR! It makes it so much harder to shop! You don't organize the men's clothes this way, stop doing it with women's! Organizing by size and sleeve length worked perfectly fine before! Idk why it was ever changed. Tank tops and short sleeves are so much harder to find now, mixed in with all the long Sleeves. Go back to size & sleeve length! I can barely stand to look through the clothes now.

Never anything of quality. They must keep the good stuff back. Prices also too high. Store smells bad and is not organized.

I have been going to this location for years now and love it. You never know what you will find, and the pricing is fair. The staff is friendly and the store is looking good during renovation
