Over priced thrift store some of the items they are trying to sell should have been thrown away. You can buy new stuff cheaper at Walmart or Dollar Tree.

I have been going to this location for years now and love it. You never know what you will find, and the pricing is fair. The staff is friendly and the store is looking good during renovation

STOP ORGANIZING BY COLOR! It makes it so much harder to shop! You don't organize the men's clothes this way, stop doing it with women's! Organizing by size and sleeve length worked perfectly fine before! Idk why it was ever changed. Tank tops and short sleeves are so much harder to find now, mixed in with all the long Sleeves. Go back to size & sleeve length! I can barely stand to look through the clothes now.

there are 3 fitting rooms, but 2 are marked as "not fitting rooms". im not buying stuff without trying it on, and I'm not waiting in a forever long line to get into the fitting room. this place has really gone down hill.

T.C. was very nice, polite and helpful in accepting my donation and the nice elderly lady at the cashier was so sweet!!! Thanks for loaning me the tape measure to measure a vanity!

Goodwill throws perfectly good usable items in the dumpster to make room instead of deeply discounting or re-donating to other local nonprofits to sell. I have not stepped foot into Bowling Green Kentucky GW stores since my personal observation of their practice. The corporation office did NOT respond to the letter to their office. Shame on them. Donate to true nonprofits.Fair selection of housewares. I would have liked to see the prices not so high tho.

I love these folks over here at this Goodwill. The store front has an employee who does a really great job with staging. Their books were all orderly and it was a fun place to browse; not just heaps of unorganized stuff everywhere like some thrift stores. They have really good deals on off-season stuff. I enjoy bidding on their online auction site and then selecting “pickup” for the Knoxville goodwill auctions. You pickup your online loot right nextdoor to the actual retail store. The online people who help with pickup are the best. Super friendly, super diverse group of people who are always nice to deal with.

Hadn't been to Goodwill in years and was there this morning. It was the nastiest, dirtiest, junkiest, horrible smelling, disorganized thrift store ever!!! What has happened to it?

Giving it four stars because of the other employees that work there are amazing and very helpful like Cynthia, and other ladies in the back that work with her. The manager Vanessa is very rude and treats her employees not kind, and the other customers have seen that. Over pricing stuff to where no one wants to shop there. Just found out she is no longer there and I can go back to shopping there super happy.

Store was beyond NASTY, DIRTY, UNORGANIZED. Floors look they were never CLEANED - as in swept n moped. I won't be back to this GOODWILL. DISGUESTED, DON'T THE EMPLOYEES CARE ABOUT HOW THEIR STORE LOOKS? GUESS NOT.

Definitely a great place to visit if you're looking for a good deal and a wide variety, especially for clothes. It's organized fairly well inside, and clean. The reason for 5 stars was the people working there. I was greeted very kindly on the way in, and the woman who helped check me out, Ellen, was simply wonderful

What used to be the best thrift store in Knoxville is now just over priced and rarely has any great finds. The majority of the stuff is broken and should have been tossed. Half of the main aisle is all broken Christmas stuff. The clothes are so disorganized that it's almost impossible to find anything in your size. It's just a mess.
