I'd like to preface this by saying, we USED to frequent this location several times a week. After today we most definitely won't be back. Most of my purchases are for things to do crafts with, glasses, vases things of that nature. Today we came in needing some mason jars. They had several small ones and 2 large ones. I purchased all the small and the 2 large. The 2 large jars are the same size and same name. One had a sticker for .99 in fact, it has two .99 stickers on it, the other one has no sticker. 4 of the 6 small ones had .99 stickers on them and the other 2 did not. Now, the problem isn't so much the pricing as it was when I asked Xenia why she charged me 1.49 for 1 of the large ones and not .99 like the exact same other large jar and why did she charge 1.49 for the 2 other small jars. She said rudely, and hateful - go to the store and get them!! Um what? Clearly I have several of the same items with the prices on them why wouldn't you honor that price? It's not my fault your staff didn't mark them all. She again rudely said we could go somewhere else. I'm sorry I know this is Goodwill and they clearly don't train their staff on how to be decent. BUT its common sense to see the EXACT same things and price them the same. Not 1 time did I raise my voice to her or was I rude. I simply asked a question because her reply wasn't making sense. I wasn't trying to rip anyone off and the difference wouldn't come out of her paycheck. It takes 0 skills to be kind, and there was absolutely no reason to be rude. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be there, and whoever owns that location shouldn't want that woman on their front counter.

Store is an absolute cluttered mess. Racks disorganized and messy. You can hardly walk thru the racks and aisles. Hateful workers.
