Don’t waste your time shopping here.This place is full of grabbers that work in backroom and keep everything good.If you’re trying to find video games,vintage toys,or other collectible items,you’re shopping at the wrong place. That stuff has no chance ever making it to sales floor as long as the flippers work there. Other Goodwills I still shop because you at least have a chance to find something good from time to time. Honestly I wish they would just shut this one down or get new management that monitors what is going on in their backrooms.

I visit this goodwill once a week at least. Everyone is friendly and willing to help me find what I need. This place has definitely improved over the last 10 months. It is keep very tidy and they are always trying to make it easier to shop!

There is a ton of clothes in there, some books, and housewares. I found a mystery book and a Taste of Home cookbook.

This goodwill seems to think it is a high end vintage store and not a thrift store. If you want to donate items to a thrift store to help your community I don't recommend this goodwill cause in my opinion their prices rival stores like Marshall, Walmart even JC Penny and Macy's sales

I was in your store the AC was out it was so hot I could not shop. How do you expect people to shop or God forbid work in these conditions this is America not China. Get your AC fixed.

This store has gone down hill over the last few years, but more so over the last few months. There is a high turn over of employees and managers. Makes one wonder why they all keep leaving. The prices just keep getting higher. Some things are even priced higher than what you could buy it for brand new. I have also seen items with the tag still on them, priced higher than what the original store tag says. I understand that they're trying to make money, but wouldn't it be better to make a fast nickel than a slow dime?..It's rarely ever organized. Toys, shoes, clothes, dishes, broken picture frames, and other merchandise are strung around the floor. The AC always seems to be on the fritz so shopping is uncomfortable with the heat. Plastic totes are usually placed under the unit to catch the water that is leaking out. I use to visit this store 2-3 times a week at least, and now I may go in once or twice a month. They definitely need to get more organized. Not only for a cleaner appearance of the store, but also for the safety of the shoppers.

I would like to thank you for refusing my antique items and throwing them back in my truck today. You are a rude person and should not be in a managerial position. You clearly know nothing about reselling. I went 2 minutes down the road and put them in good hands and a collector snapped them up in about twenty minutes. Oh well, I know where to take my business from now on and I will donate nothing to Goodwill again.

It's a little rough as far as Goodwills go, but the Middle Tennessee ones all seem to be. Still worth a visit. I think KARMs has taken its toll on Goodwill in the name of Christ and high prices.

Issues are with lack of notification on the Google page. This will mark the 5th time in two weeks I've attempted to visit this location and each time there has been a note on the door stating they are closed at 2:15pm. The change of time is not the issue but rather the lack of any changes on Google Maps. Which state the business closes at 6pm. When I get off of work and head to a store that tells me one time and then upon arrival it's set at a different time, you can understand the slight frustration. The first time, one can understand and give sympathy, the 5th time however is a entirely different store, hence the review.
